Oats Beetroot Cheela | ओट्स चुकंदर चीला
Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
Serves : 2-3 persons (store in refrigerator)
[INGREDIENTS]
Oats powder (1 cup)
Besan / Gram flour (slightly less than 1 cup)
Rice flour (1/4 cup)
Beetroot puree
Salt
Vegetable oil (1 tsp)
Finely chopped onion (1 small size)
Finely chopped ginger & 1 red chilli
Grated carrots
Crumbled paneer / cottage cheese
Salt
Crushed black pepper
Chopped coriander leaves
Desi ghee / oil
Serve with some spicy green chutney

Paneer is a good source of protein..So if you make the stuffing with paneer as I have done then you can get some protein content in it..
