The Kaiyodo's are about 7" and there is a unit 01 and 4. Revoltechs are nice too but on the smaller side at around 5" and run around $50ish. The models I'm not as familiar with but usually the more pricey it is, the more detailed it is.
His attacks would be: Square: Chomp S2: Double Chomp S3: Tail slap Strong: Fire breath, weak but causes damage over time Strong forward: A damaging head butt Breath: Laser breath, strong, and can aim Breath forward: tail laser Dodge: Back lasers (will spin 360, stretches across map,) Just a recommendation! :)

Model kits are your best bets. The figures are more or less all pricey except for the old Kaiyodo figures.
