- I received a package in the mail in the afternoon, opened the box, turned on and checked the phone. The battery was 50% charged. In the evening I installed the necessary programs and put the phone away. Phone battery died overnight. In the morning I tried to charge and turn on the phone. But the only thing that happened was the red lightning began to blink. The phone was on charge for a long time, but it still does not turn on.
The phone turned on. For 2 days, the smartphone was continuously charged from USB 2.0 pc.

Phone turned on. I set the smartphone for 2 days to be continuously charged from the USB port of the computer without touching the smartphone.
I had it the same problem with 9Pro - I tried to charge with original charger (5.2V out) w/o success- with casual charger (4.89v) after 20 minutes got up
There is a simple fix for this just make sure that your Charing port does not have dust if present clean it , and charger is connected properly to the phone, and the adapter is connected properly to the socket, check that the cable is connected properly to the adapter also.If everything is connected properly the phone will vibrate a little bit while charging which indicates the fast charging and the phone will start shortly. Also always keep your phone updated

i just faced this 5 jan 2024 morning, my phone was not turning on.. tried with orginal charger , power bank but no sucess, then i uesd 18W baesus charger then in two minutes i got hope that my phone charged up and i turned it on as reguler.. who are facing this issue use low watt charger to powerup your battery

Hey, I'm having the same issue with my 9 Pro, I've replaced the battery and charging port, still won't turn on.
Did you just leave it plugged into a laptop using original charging cable?
