Skate shoes in general should not cost over $100. Doesn't matter if it's a pro model. If it costs over $100 they have to be rare shoes that were discontinued or something like old Koston's.
The only positive to this is you can usually find most skate shoes, wether core or big name brand, on sale with a bit of online searching. In all the years I’ve skated I think only paid retail price when the Etnies Marana’s first came out and for the Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7.
Lace the top two holes of each shoe from the outside to in. It can help to hold your heal back, and can help keeping the shoe tighter over the top of your foot. (That shoe has a weird cut/profile to it. I live in Vans TNT’s with a perfect fit. Your shoes just don’t work on my feet.) Keep doing what you do!

I'm willing to give them one more go, with the Crockett 2's. Other then that I find Nike Blazer/Bruin to be a superior shoe. Wildly different fit tho, with Nike being alot more narrow.
