I've owned a lot of phones. My favorite used to be the Nexus 6P. That is, until I got my Pixel 6. The price is incredible for what you get, the phone while bigger than any other phone I've ever used I've gotten used to, i flatly hate curved screens so this flat screen is perfect, performance is fantastic, and the battery life does very well. Seriously have not been this happy with a phone in years.
I returned my P6 Pro after a week because of its curved screen. I just couldn't get used to it. The P6, on the other hand, is a delight to use. The January update seems to have improved the fingerprint scanner performance, which was disappointing at first. I still prefer the scanner on the back, like my 3XL. For now, however, I'm perfectly content with my P6. Nice review, mate!!
I have that same phone that you are using in the review. It is quite the game changer for me. Using it for work, photography, and filming guitar. With all the update issues it has had for some people, I was never really affected. Thanks for all of your great videos!
I own this for a week now. All bugs are gone with the update and it's silky smooth even I always switch off 90Hz. Android 12 itself is buttery smooth and you feel no difference switching to 60hz (to save battery). At first I doubted their true skin color detection to be real but it is. I checked it side by side with iphone 13 pro max and found Pixel 6 really has a much better reproduction of skin color and handling highlights in the photos. I also compared it with Oneplus 10 pro (trial 30 days offer) where the camera overexposed lights when using front camera portrait mode...Pixel is indeed lovely in every aspects...
After using a s9 since it launched moving to the pixel 6 pro it amazes me how much you can zoom in after taking a photo and still keeping excellent detail . That's a new experience for me
I spent quite some time deciding between the Pixel 6, 6 Pro, the Realme GT 2 Pro and a Samsung. I chose the Pixel 6 since the curved glass on the Pro is a no-go for me. The Samsung was too expensive, since the only one with a camera that can compete with the Pixel is the S22 Ultra, and that is twice the price of the 6. The Realme was really tempting because it has a nice design and top-level specs, but the camera and uncertain Software Support made me hesitate to buy one. Also...I have grown to love the extra Software Features the Pixel offers, like the background music identification...
Been a OnePlus user for many years, mainly due to the OS, but as they move away from current OS, Pixel seams like the only option, will be hard to miss the fast charging though... Prices are still quite high In Scandinavia, approx $950 for the 6 & $1.500 for the pro
I'm facing the same dilemma. I currently own a OnePlus 6T McLaren. It's been great, but is now over 3 years old and I'm looking for a replacement. I won't buy Samsung because of prior experience, so it's probably going to be Pixel. However, I'm probably going to wait for the U.S. release of the OnePlus 10 Pro and see what the real world reviews are of the software. Currently, my OnePlus has the cleanest Android, other than Google Pixel. No bloatware and, like you said, their charging speeds blow anything else out of the water. On my 3+ year old OnePlus I still get good battery life, 50% charge in about 10 minutes, and full 100% in 30. I'm mostly looking at a new phone for a better camera. It's the one area where OnePlus has traditionally come up short. However, they seem to be very competitive with the other top brands now.
@@glazgowboy I'm on the oneplus 7T pro, camera I'm not using a lot, but the SW & Charge time are awesome. Samsung aren't an option for me either, bloatware and previous experience also hold me back

I'm watching this on my Pixel 6 Pro, I've had the phone since December and I haven't had any problems with the phone. Its the best phone I've ever owned.#TeamPixel
I bought mine a couple of days ago to replace my 2 year old Pixel 3a. The 3a was fine but the RAM was too low and apps auto-closed which was annoying. The Pixel 6 solves this. Everything about the 6 is better apart from the fingerprint reader. I knew it was going to be bad and it is. It's slow and doesn't seem to recognise my thumb no matter what I do. I have increased the sensitivity in the display settings which helped somewhat. The rear mounted reader was a winner on previous models or even a power button reader as on a lot of Xiaomi's. Still, I got it at a knock down price and am very happy. Slippy as hell though - get a case!
I'm still using my 3a. I have looked at the 6, but I think it's just too big. How has the size difference been? I'm likely going to wait for the 6a to upgrade.
@@eamonob84 I don't think there is much difference but I'm not particularly sensitive to phone size. It fits in my pocket and it 'feels' more like the 3a in my pocket than a Xiaomi Poco x3 which I use as a second device. That's more to do with the weight though as the x3 is 200g+
I love Pixels, there's only one single thing keeping me from using them They're too wide. While other phones are getting slimmer I've noticed the form factor is much more comfortable ergonomically. I've gone all in and currently use a Sony Xperia I MK II Now everytime I switch to my Pixel 6 it's a beautiful software experience but the physical phone itself is just too chunky for me to get past
Durability is what matters most to me. I still have the Pixel 1. Yes the first Google pixel, has never been damaged or fixed in any way. My real question is the quality of battery. Does it fail and get weak rapidly?
I really like my Pixel 6 even with some of the problems, I normally buy Xiaomi phones every 2yrs between £200 -£250, I got sick and tired of doing that , I'm not bothered about the camera I know you RUclipsrs always go on about the camera but for me getting regular updates is more important.
I have the Pixel 6 pro and its totally awesome. The only downside to me is the curved screen. The curved edge is a bit harder to get touch to work. Other than that the Pixel 6 pro is awesome. Voice to text works amazingly well even in airplane mode. The camera is right up there with the iphone 13 pro too.
I wish they've kept the symmetry on this device as the Pixel 5, the design is great once you look at it from the back but front, very hard to get even used too.
I was going to buy this phone until I tested it at a Verizon store and it seemed to get very hot. The Fingerprint sensor was a concern for me. They should have left it on the back.
I have had no issues with the fingerprint sensor. Store floor models are running demo software loops and should not be used as a reference for thermal performance. This phone doesn't run any hotter than other flagship devices from 2021.
I bought my wife one for Christmas this past year, I am totally the hero! She absolutely love love loves this phone and the best part, like you said, the $600 price! Thanks Nick
I have had the Palm Pre, Blackberry 10, Samsung and all Pixel devices including the most recent Pixel 6. I literally switched to the iPhone 13 recently for two reasons. Connectivity and Bluetooth connection. I've always had some type of carrier disconnection with Pixel and put up with it but recent the 6 was too much. Bluetooth was the same here and there disconnect especially with AA. I took a chance into the Apple ecosystem and I have to be brutally honest that the connection situation is way better than Android for me. I love the Google ecosystem and have Google devices at home but man Car-play plays great in my car and connects great with my Sync system (Ford/Lincoln). Sync would drop connection with Android and recently the carrier connection issues with T-Mobile. I'm keeping my iPhone for this alone though I have a Pixel 4a as a back up just in case.
I'm getting this phone soon. But I'm still contemplating whether I should get the Pro model, I just want the camera versatility and that quad-HD display
Don't get the pixel 6 pro. I have it and it's garbage. So many issues for me. Battery is v bad. Fingerprint sensor doesn't work well Gets hot a lot Apps crash often and phone spazzes out Grainy video calls
I got the pro and im loving it! do recommend :) note: i havent had any issues that ive heard others are having. I got the phone a few weeks ago however I just set it up and started using it recently
These are my current issues post January 15 update: - fingerprint sensor still inconsistent even after adding my print 5 times. - occasional screen freeze that lasts 2-3 seconds - keyboard occasionally stays above the text box when writing so I can't see what I'm typing -laggy keyboard causes me to mispell a lot
@@anthonyt425 it's been a bit of a frustrating experience overall. In addition to the bugs, I traded in my pixel 4a 5G with a perfect screen and was supposed to receive $165 in credit. They said the screen had damage (not true) and only refunded $100. If I were to buy again, I'd probably go with the pixel 5.
Loved my Pixel 3a XL, but my 6 Pro not so much with it's buggy connectivity issue. 4 months of hitting airplane mode to trick it back into getting on network. The recent update looks promising, but I'm holding my breath.
Thank you so much for this review! Honestly I have never had a Pixel Phone (I have & am an Android User & I Don't like Samsung Galaxy Phones,) I have been using & I have liked LG Phones, but since they are getting out of the phone making business, I have been looking for something that is decent-to-good-quality without utterly breaking the bank & although we are now in Mid-July 2022 so we are only a few months away from the Pixel 7, I am waiting for that one & will be ordering it as soon as it's available. Your review makes me feel better about my upcomming switch/purchase.
I switched from a cheap Chinese phone (nice in that I could carry two batteries) to a Pixel 3 (great camera and real Android) then last autumn to a Pixel 6. I jumped into that early because in the UK you got a free pair of Bose SC 700 headphones thrown in if you pre-ordered it. It was clearly an excellent phone from the start but it had issues which for some reason you could forgive. Google has fixed most of the software problems by now and partly fixed hardware ones in software. The fingerprint reader is still a bit problematic until you work out which part of your thumb to use. I also find the orientation detector takes time to settle down which makes using Star Walk slower. It's still a great phone which I really enjoy using.
I've only had this phone for about 24 hrs and I've noticed a heating issue. My pixel 6 has gotten hot to the touch twice, the first time was when I copied my data over. it was extremely warm in one concentrated area. the second time I had left TikTok up on accident for about 20 mins. The video was paused, and even though it wasn't actively playing anything the entire phone was hot. it gets really warm even doing google searches. I looked it up and this seems like a common issue even for the pro. Just an fyi. Everything else about it is great. Very fast, ergonomic and lots of storage. The cameras are good too Edit: not many issues after first week or so :)
You are correct. The $599 price point is extremely attractive to me. Especially when it uses the same CPU as the pro version which cost $899. Performances all I'm looking for.
A lot of people are complaining about a lot of bugs in the OS, even after the January update (despite the fact that man bigger bugs are gone). Have you experienced any? Would you still recommend it despite all the software hiccups? Note that they didn't release some monthly updates only for the pixel 6 devices for a while
once or twice a week I got some apps crashed especially when I tried to change apps really fast. Other than that I honestly have no problems. At least not that I am aware of.
I have no deal breaker complaints with the pixel 6, December and January updates resolved my issues (mainly fingerprint and camera). I experienced no crashes, even before updates, maybe i'm lucky I suggest that phones to most people
i switched from the pixel 3 to the 13mini ..i was going for the 6, but it just to big compare with the ease of use of the 13mini ....I miss the p3 and google features with all my heart :c ...if google makes pixel with sub 6" screen i'll buy it no matter what.
Interesting…. Lots of unsatisfied customers here and despite Google working on the software issues persist. Would love to give Pixels a try but I don’t want to risk bugs that lower user experience.
Dude...I just went from Spectrum to T mobil.. & got 2 of these phones for 99 bucks each.. Glad i watched you presentation.. now i have the warm fuzzies about the phones.. P.S. You have a beautiful family and are a great Dad.. Thanks again and God Bless you & your Fam!!
I see you love Pixel phones:) Can you please talk about not working with VoLTE , Vowifi and 5G in half of EU? It's definitely something that can improve product and people experience
Honestly if this was 5 years ago the spec sheet on a phone would bother me, I've just got the 6 this week, I like how simple it is, I like how it doesn't quite look like a Samsung or a iphone, I like how it feels like a quality product for £599, my only issues is it feels super slippy to hold, I definitely recommend a case on this device, but you can't buy an all round better phone for it's price point
I still have a S8 because honestly, it still works, love the form factor, and I give 0 fricks about cameras. The only reason I am contemplating getting a new phone is because the price of this phone. I absolutely refuse to pay upwards of 1000 dollars for no truly real reasons.
I do like Pixel phones and they have really good cameras for sure but I'm I'm the thick with Samsung and their Ecosystem. I prefer Samsung Galaxy S Series Flagships, Galaxy Buds Pro and Samsungs Assistant Bixby to Siri or Google's Assistant. I'm actually still rocking the S10+ and it's still amazing nearly 3 years later and still supports SDXC cards for expanded storage up to 1TB for much less than manufacturers charge to pre-order the same internal storage. I can get 512GB SDXC (A2, V30, U3, II) for under $70 new while phone manufacturers charge over $100 to $200 for the highest option which is usually 512GB.
Google are often great when it come to photography and they listen to common sense rather than what folk that may not know how optics and photography work, like a wide angle lens is often rather soft on the sides and thore lenses can also create other optical artifacts that lower the image quality.
No company comes close to google's integration system, and having a google phone just makes the digital world seamless, since google has it's digital fingerprint everywhere.
I had it and returned it after 5 days not because it's bad just it's not compatible with my country as it's unlisted. The seller exports it from Japan.
both of these new phones are too big. staying with pixel 5 simply because of size. it was very stupid to make both phones massive. 6 should have been 5.8"-6.1" and the pro at 6.7" no sale this year. maybe next year
I have a iPhone 13 pro max right now and I’m looking into replacing my 2nd phone a Samsung s10e and I’m thinking of testing this phone out. I never had a google phone before but have used my friends a few years ago and I wanna see if it will impress me.
My Pixel 3XL has 4gb of ram and it runs smooth, the software is done well. Only thing is the amount of apps that can run in the background (actively), such as FB refreshing when you leave the app and come back.
I'm on 5a and I'm extremely satisfied with what it delivers from awesome battery to one of the best auto camera to non lagging everything 5a is a total no nonsense package
I made the same step like you, going from a 8T to the Pixel 6. Mine have still some bugs in terms of software and the only things I'm missing from my 8T is the overall better display quality with the 120Hz and the 65W charging. Once you've experienced that, you don't want to experience something different than that. You have to get used to that slow charging from the Pixel. But overall it's a good device. But if they won't fix it with software updates in the future I will go back the OP8T. Good luck with yours.
@@kingmajo87 I understand you on everything trust me You are correct Only issue I have is mobile network standby battery draining I make the day with no problem but it can be better
what your take on the mobile network standby draining the battery? Is it gonna be fixed in the next update? My system usage with it is between 35-50% over 24hrs, and it's been a bit of a problem. Not even using 5g, and turning off data whilst i'm on wifi.
Cannot agree. Got mine as a gift in January and it has worked for less than 2 weeks of that time. The microphone didn't work and phone was eventually replaced. Now phone will not find my wifi and I have used all my data. Finger print seldom works and I have
Unfortunate that everything i see in these reviews from laptops to phones they're ALWAYS more expensive here in Europe. (In the Netherlands the pixel 6 costs $870 worth of euros while the pixel 6 pro costs $1225 for the 128gb model and $1460 for the 256gb model)
Really the only bugs that I've seen are general inconsistencies with the UI of the device. Occasionally things like the notification shade being transparent, or the keyboard appearing crunched. Just little things that you wouldn't think you would see with the device running stock Android.
By the keyboard appearing crunched, do you mean when you click to type on a text box, and the text box hides under the keyboard so you can't see what you're typing?
@@1221Ralph no and I can't quite replicate it but it's happened a few times. It's just once the keyboard appears it occasionally looks half the height.
Idk about that title when I have heard that the Pixel 6 has a lot of glitches and stuff happening... Not sure if you will bring that up in the video or not.
Google gave me $100 for my freaking 4a 5g. Scammers at Google said screen was damaged so they reduced my refund to $100. Screen was practically new as I always had it with a tempered glass screen protector.
@@1221Ralph that's strange that that would happen. I've only had good experiences with Google. Hopefully the screen didn't crack in route in the mail but you probably packed it really well. It only takes one bad Apple. It was possible it's just one individual that made that decision.
@@somethingelse25 that's what I thought initially but the trade I'm package they send is really secure. If you Google, lots of people have had similar experiences. A third party checks the phones, not actually google.
@@1221Ralph they need to be careful who they do business with. I'd write Google directly and show them the evidence of other people having similar experiences and maybe they'll do something about it. Am I the only one that can hear the speaker issues? I received this phone the other day and when I talk to people on it I can hear a slight buzzing noise to their words, especially words that have the letter S in them. Often I will hear something that sounds like sleet hitting a window when there is no talking. Any ideas on this? I hate to have to send it back.
This was a great accurate review. I have the pro cuz I'm old and blind. My only complaint is the selfie camera. I rarely do selfies but it should work for the situations I do need them to as I need it for work. The charging for me has improved with update but if you read further, it's the AI working for you. The back video was a bit grainy in certain lighting situations but also improved. I wish there was a HDR turn off for photos because SOMETIMES it's a bit much. Otherwise I love this phone. I just hate Google Photos organization lol.
I have the note 10 plus exynos variant and im considering going with the GP6 (non pro). Is it worth the change from the note 10 plus? (Not using the stylus as much)
I was thinking which one to buy. The Pro was to expensive for me and it's not worth that almost 300€ price difference(here in Germany) to the regular 6 for the minor differences in terms of display and camera. Would it has been less of a price difference between these two, I propably would have gone for the Pro. I've chosen the Normal 6 and what I have also to mention is that I'm coming from a 8T and sometimes I'm still missing it, especially in terms of charging speed and it had the better display quality and 120Hz. What I can say for now is that I'm not really that satisfied with my Pixel 6, I'm facing some software issues since its launch and they can't fix it. Beside that it's a great device and it gives you that buttery smooth stock Android Pixel experience. Let's see if they can fix it with future updates. If they can't fix it, I will go back to OnePlus.
I switched my mind and bought a 6 Pro. I was waiting after the price was dropping for almost 100 Euros. I was sick of the Pixel 6, because I have only problems with it, especially the display was the worst one, I've ever experienced on a smartphone. After I made my experience with the Pro, I can really said that it is worth the price difference. Great display(could be a little bit more brighter), better haptics and so on.
disagree. Been using the pixel 6 since it came out and one of the worst phones I've ever had. Keeps loosing connection and takes forever for it to come back. GPS same (sometimes). Laggy when multitasking i.e. switching between apps fast. Disappointing from a company like google
I traded in my pixel 6 at Best Buy and picked up the s22 ultra and I'm so happy and not disappointed at all. I don't know how to explain it but the Galaxy s22 Ultra does Google and Android is so much better than the pixel 6
Just traded my pixel 6 for the s21. I had the worst experience with my pixel. More bugs and glitches than call of duty. Always dropped service to where I would have to reset the network. Fingerprint reader was horrible and would barely work.
@@phandroid Thanks. When it comes to location and network, is the Europe more problematic than the US? Also, is it possible to unlock the phone with the fingerprint sensor without previously pressing the button?
The design jump is very weird. I consider the Pixel 5 to be the *"Peak"* Pixel Design on the display part. The curved corners and the flat display with the thin and evenly sized bezels that goes around the screen was *"Muwah!"* It was futuristic and had alot of character. Characters that the Galaxy S22 and S22 plus took. One of the best things that made the Pixel 5's screen look way too good to be true was the camera hole being placed at the corner of the screen making it less obtrusive. I found the center placed hole camera to be worse than a notch due to it being a hole in the middle of the screen, blocking content that should be visible. Unlike a notch where you just don't see it, the hole in the middle is just way too much because of the highlight that goes around it when playing games, watching content on landscape, etc.

It's the payment plans that make it bearable for most. If they took that away they would sell far less of these flagship devices.

That's a new experience for me
Well I finally pulled the trigger. Purchased it today. I'll get it on Tuesday.
Switching between a Pixel 6 and a Galaxy Note 20 ultra for the last month or so. Really difficult to pick one over the other. I love them both
Which fingerprint scanner is worse??
Samsung aren't an option for me either, bloatware and previous experience also hold me back
I love my pixel 6. Soooo helpful and intelligent. Hold for me, Call screen, so many features and the colours and screen are lovely. 😎👌. Thanks for the video.
Glad you enjoyed it.
I've had my Pixel 6 pro for about 10 days now and I love it! The voice to text is absolutely amazing! I've had no issues so far...
I love Pixels, there's only one single thing keeping me from using them
They're too wide.
While other phones are getting slimmer I've noticed the form factor is much more comfortable ergonomically. I've gone all in and currently use a Sony Xperia I MK II
Now everytime I switch to my Pixel 6 it's a beautiful software experience but the physical phone itself is just too chunky for me to get past
I thought it felt way skinnier than any phone when, almost didnt buy it. BUT tbf i use a case on my phones and that fixed my issue mostly
I still love my Pixel 6 but yea, I'm finding it a bit harder to hold even though I'm coming from a 4xl.
How long do you think they'll update it for
@@Abdullah-zr7mw Google confirmed they will get 3 years of OS updates, and 5 year of security updates.
I had both and believe me pixel 6 is better in capturing photos but iPhone wins in the video department due to HDR and pro raw.
I wish they've kept the symmetry on this device as the Pixel 5, the design is great once you look at it from the back but front, very hard to get even used too.
I really wanted the pro and thought I wouldn't want the regular but so far I'm loving it
I was going to buy this phone until I tested it at a Verizon store and it seemed to get very hot. The Fingerprint sensor was a concern for me. They should have left it on the back.
I have had no issues with the fingerprint sensor. Store floor models are running demo software loops and should not be used as a reference for thermal performance. This phone doesn't run any hotter than other flagship devices from 2021.
The "regular" sized Pixel should have never exceeded 5.8 inches.
The Pixel 5 had the best size ever, the Pixel 7 better be truly compact again...
I agree. 6.4-inches is too big for me. I would have been happy with 6-inches.
Yeah too big. Never buy something bigger than your penis
@@phandroid 6 inch is the maximum with a bezelless phone

Great review of the Pixel 6, I got the Pixel 6 pro a week ago and have no issues with the phone at all, new subscriber here sir.
I bought my wife one for Christmas this past year, I am totally the hero! She absolutely love love loves this phone and the best part, like you said, the $600 price! Thanks Nick
Glad she's enjoying it.
I bought the 6 pro at first. Returned it for the regular six. Never looked back.
Great video as always I still use pixel 4a 😀 but would love to buy pixel 6 😀 stay safe and respect to you.
2 months in and I'm loving my Pixel 6. The best £600 I've spent.
I'm getting this phone soon. But I'm still contemplating whether I should get the Pro model, I just want the camera versatility and that quad-HD display
Can't lose with either
Don't get the pixel 6 pro. I have it and it's garbage. So many issues for me.
Battery is v bad.
Fingerprint sensor doesn't work well
Gets hot a lot
Apps crash often and phone spazzes out
Grainy video calls
I got the pro and im loving it! do recommend :)
note: i havent had any issues that ive heard others are having. I got the phone a few weeks ago however I just set it up and started using it recently
Yeah I want that 120hz display and that 3rd camera to have it "just in case", otherwise it def would've just been the normal one
@@JoeyLegendd you're gonna spend $300 more "just in case"?
Great phone but still too expensive for me, waiting for the pixel 6a to upgrade from my galaxy A70 and hope the 6a won't be over 400$ 🤞
The lowest I expect the Pixel 6a to be is $450
I have an A70 also, not bad for the price. But I have to upgrade now as 3g is being dropped by many cellular providers.
@@seanbassler3604 the A70 supports 4G also
I'm waiting for the 6a as well to upgrade my 3a.
These are my current issues post January 15 update:
- fingerprint sensor still inconsistent even after adding my print 5 times.
- occasional screen freeze that lasts 2-3 seconds
- keyboard occasionally stays above the text box when writing so I can't see what I'm typing
-laggy keyboard causes me to mispell a lot
Do you regret your purchase or is it still worth it?
I've had the Pixel 6 Pro since December and it's been one of the best phones I've ever had
I’m strictly an iPhone only person, but if I had to use an android, I’d definitely get the Google Pixel!
i hope google makes the battery consistant and make the fingerprint sensor better for pixel 7. and they keep the same price.
The cameras are good too
Edit: not many issues after first week or so :)
@andy bosik I do indeed, I love to watch survival hacks, artists, and scientists on it. The new vine fr, but better. I'll be the one to say it!
You are correct. The $599 price point is extremely attractive to me. Especially when it uses the same CPU as the pro version which cost $899. Performances all I'm looking for.
This phone also features DDR5 Ram as well all while keeping under quadruple digits for price. It's worth it as I am currently typing on the Pixel 6
Why nobody mentions the gigantic size of quick panels buttons. The size is really annoying
I experienced no crashes, even before updates, maybe i'm lucky

Yes it is so buggy
how come the US price is $600 and the UK price is £600, even though £600=$800
They forgot to install multi-currency
i switched from the pixel 3 to the 13mini ..i was going for the 6, but it just to big compare with the ease of use of the 13mini ....I miss the p3 and google features with all my heart :c ...if google makes pixel with sub 6" screen i'll buy it no matter what.
So sad that P6 is only 1080p.. Still using 4XL and love it's 1440p flat screen
Watching this on my Google pixel 6 pro and I'm really happy with the Google phone this year.
Still rocking the 3A
Interesting…. Lots of unsatisfied customers here and despite Google working on the software issues persist. Would love to give Pixels a try but I don’t want to risk bugs that lower user experience.
I've been with Samsung since the S3, but I think I need something different after my EXTREME disappoinment with the S21

I am proud that i have this masterpiece.
What's your favorite feature.
@@phandroid Face Unblur is revolutionary
Google are often great when it come to photography and they listen to common sense rather than what folk that may not know how optics and photography work, like a wide angle lens is often rather soft on the sides and thore lenses can also create other optical artifacts that lower the image quality.
If the 6 and the Pro were both $599 would you still choose the 6?
I've got the 6 Pro and no issues whatsoever since launch, love it.
I bought the pixel 6 and I find out now that it will only work on 4g... although it is capable of 5g, google only allows it in a couple of countries
Why oh why didn't they make the 6 pro flat 😞
Value was so good at launch. I essentially got 30% back from the free headphones promotion and a 50 Google store voucher
No company comes close to google's integration system, and having a google phone just makes the digital world seamless, since google has it's digital fingerprint everywhere.

Love my Pixel 6 it's the best device for me 👍🏾
"only 8gb of ram"
"90fps is UNACCEPTABLE"
dude what smartphone do you use
both of these new phones are too big. staying with pixel 5 simply because of size. it was very stupid to make both phones massive. 6 should have been 5.8"-6.1" and the pro at 6.7"
no sale this year. maybe next year
Kind of like when the Nexus 6 came out. More people stuck with the Nexus 5 for the better size.
I switched from 1+8T to pixel 6
Never got a pixel device so I decided and got it
First weeks I was like I made a big mistake
But now I really like it
I made the same step like you, going from a 8T to the Pixel 6.
@@kingmajo87 I understand you on everything trust me

Only issue I have is mobile network standby battery draining
I make the day with no problem but it can be better
How would you compare pixel 6 to s22 ultra if money isn't a concern? Cameras, battery etc.
what your take on the mobile network standby draining the battery? Is it gonna be fixed in the next update? My system usage with it is between 35-50% over 24hrs, and it's been a bit of a problem. Not even using 5g, and turning off data whilst i'm on wifi.
Thanks for the great review! What's the status on the speaker compared to Galaxy S21? Or Pixel 4a, or 5?
The Pixel 6 pushed me to a S22 Ultra. After having and liking Pixels, the 6 had more bugs than a bed in a inner city cat house.

Wow great video you'll always produce such great content
I appreciate that! Always looking to improve with every video I put out.
Which do you think is better Pixel 6 or Samsung 22?
The only thing I don't like about their phones is screen brightness
Really the only bugs that I've seen are general inconsistencies with the UI of the device. Occasionally things like the notification shade being transparent, or the keyboard appearing crunched. Just little things that you wouldn't think you would see with the device running stock Android.
By the keyboard appearing crunched, do you mean when you click to type on a text box, and the text box hides under the keyboard so you can't see what you're typing?
@@1221Ralph no and I can't quite replicate it but it's happened a few times. It's just once the keyboard appears it occasionally looks half the height.
@@oneminutewonder77 oh. On mine it completely covers the text box so I can't see what I'm typing. It happens maybe once every couple days

I agree and I miss my 4a 5g I traded for a Samsung S21. However, maybe I'll get a 6 or 6a sometime. You did a thorough review that I enjoyed.
Have not experienced that issue. Could be a faulty speaker.
(Not using the stylus as much)
Yes stock Android is king over Samsung’s garbage software
Depends if you use the s-pen. If you don't, it's a good upgrade.
I enjoy trying this phone and every day I love it more 😍
Agree with you on cameras. They are premium I'm guess due to using new Samsung sensor they upgraded too
I'll either go for the moto edge+ 2022 or wait for the next pixel.
What if I want a different clock? I can't change the clock?
I would buy it but google still haven't fixed the fingerprint scanner
Just traded my pixel 6 for the s21. I had the worst experience with my pixel. More bugs and glitches than call of duty. Always dropped service to where I would have to reset the network. Fingerprint reader was horrible and would barely work.
I did the samething, went with the 21 ultra. Best money I spent this year. Outstanding Performance and features, well worth the extra money!👈💯
I'm really loving that t-shirt, where'd you get it?
I switched from iPhone 12 Pro Max - totally worth it !!!
I am thinking of getting the Pixel 6 now, is modem really that problematic as they say?
I have never had issues, but some people do have connectivity problems. It all depends on where you are and the network you are on.
The curved corners and the flat display with the thin and evenly sized bezels that goes around the screen was *"Muwah!"*
It was futuristic and had alot of character.
