Ruinguards have higher physical resistance, it's normal to bring other characters with electro and hydro. Eula needs healers and shielders too. Diona and zhongli are great for the job, but I suggest Jean too.
Not weird since you can use bennet or rosaria to other team. But well you need raiden for ER and diona with Noblesse most recommended. Also this team is far better than with bennet and Rosaria since you need to be in AOE in Bennet's burst unlike yelan
