@@JD0333That is not a factory hole because I drill it , it may look like it got paint on it but doesn’t, I drill it , it make the lever to short . It was my mistake not showing people that I drill that hole in the video. People seeing that hole thinking it’s factory.
Hustler's design and quality control seem to decline with every passing year. We have had 3 Hustler zero turn mowers over the years and each has been worse than the one before. Hustler ignores any problem that they can't fix and the selling dealer is just as unknowing.

This is a common problem and warranty should take care of your dealer is misinformed.
I have change thi now I use a spring an hook to help keep it in bypass. You can see this on 4-9-24 video
Move the pin back one hole and problem solved
That hole you see I drill that hole to try to shorten it but it made it to short ,so that want solve the problem .
