Dear sir when melt material inserted pressure of screw that time screw position wil be vary or not . And this vary position show in plc. My other query is that, in running condition of machine a certain shot size of material charged and collect of tip of screw in terms of cushion. According to u material continuous come forward from feed throat in melt form if we make a part of 100 gm than shot size also increase . Which is create flashy part. Plz reply if I am correct . Please 🙏🙏 justify
