Unfortunately there will always be people who does this. So sorry to hear that some people made you feel sad.
And to all of you who always has to tell people what to react to like you decide everything.
I hope you are all happy now that you made her feel like this. Hope your parents are proud of you. Next time, just shut up and let the reactor decide which version they react to.
And if Bisscute now decides it's not worth it to react to Nightwish anymore, then you guys don't belong in the Nightwish Army.

I don't usually comment on YT (I have like 2 comments overall) but I feel like I have to respond here. I feel truly sorry for all those who comment which version is better. Both version are unique in their own way, there is no good or bad version. I hope those comments won't deflect you from listening Nightwish, it's a wonderful journey. Please don't close the book on NW because of few individuals who feel entitled to command you what to watch. Anyway, I love your reactions so far they are sincere and I love it! :)

You are going down your own journey, hitting the big three songs right off, and that is exactly what you should be doing for your channel. Try not to mix up opposing opinions with criticism for you personally or your channel. The Nightwish world is open to you now to explore as you want, so enjoy every new moment as only you can.

Agreed. Some fireworks and troy playing "low whistle" at beginning (the flute), and the end with Dawkins are the main diferences between the versions. musically both are basically the same, so reacting to one or another will work. People don't have to be rude about what version she reacted.

Hey, Bisscute! I'm new here, having discovered you with your first Nightwish video. I have been really enjoying watching you watch these, and your other videos. For this one, I applaud how you understood the meaning and emotion of this, the most Epic of their songs. Well done! My only comment is how you kind of inadvertently watched their biggest epic songs first - you basically ate all of the dessert without having the delicious food! (Can't fault you there, though.) So now, young lady, it's time to try the rest, and we - the Nightwish Army - will be watching. (And don't feel bad about getting emotional- the "We Were Here" part still gets me every time. I'm a 50-year-old guy in the US, and I just may bring tissues when I see the band in May. Nightwish does that to a person.)
Great job - see you soon! 🤘😎👍

Seriously. If she want to react to the Wembley version, let her do so.
AND for all of you complaining, she has already recorded this. It's not live. So if she decided to go with Tampere instead, it would kind of ruin the whole first time listening.
So please just stop "demanding" her to do Tampere.
By the way, Wembley version has better sound. It's still the same song.
I am really looking forward to the reaction and I couldn't care less which version it is.

Indeed. Both concerts are great and have something going for them. I like both and hard to say which one I prefer. Tampere has the fireworks with awesome timing, which do add to the show. Wembley has a great mood, maybe a bit more emotionally intense and it has Lord Richard Dawkins in person live on stage. The ideal version would be a combination of both.
Fun fact: In the US this album is rejected by quite a few fans, who are adamant Christians and don't want to hear about evolution. I find this interesting, but also a little bit ludicrous.

Nightwish is not just music, poetry or entertainment, it is an experience. The long-haired guy who plays bass guitar is called Marko Hietala and is not only a very talented bassist / guitarist, but also a very good singer. If you want to listen to his true potential, I recommend you listen to the Nightwish version of the song "Phantom of the Opera", on which occasion you will meet the first soloist of the band - Tarja Turunen (another extraordinary voice).

FWIW, the guy playing the Uillean Pipes (which are Irish, not Scottish, but you were very close) is Troy Donockly. He joined Nightwish in 2014 or '15 (I think), and is a multi-instrumentalist. I don't know how many instruments he can play, but it feels like at least twenty.
This song (and the whole album, entitled Endless Forms Most Beautiful) was inspired by a popular-science book entitled The Greatest Show on Earth, by Professor Richard Dawkins (although he has since then retired, so it's just Dr Dawkins now). He recorded several passages for the band's recording of this song, quoting both from his own recent (at the time) book, and from On The Origin of Species by Charles Darwin. The speech he delivered live at the end of this show was a quote from Darwin.
This was a beautiful reaction. There's no shame in shedding a tear or two over a song written by Tuomas Holopainen and sung by Floor Jansen. It's very touching to see your genuine emotion. I just wanted to give you a big hug. There's absolutely no need to apologise for being human and showing some emotion.
I'm sure others will have mentioned this, but I'll say it too, just in case. The band comprises:
Tuomas Holopainen - keyboards, songwriting, orchestration and creative powerhouse.
Floor Jansen - 2-metre-tall Valkyrie warrior, vocal goddess, and general heart-wringer.
Marco Hietala (who left Nightwish about a year ago to take a break from the pressures and hypocrisies of the music business) - Bass, lead male vocals, forked beard and generally looking like a Viking.
Kai Hahto - drums, all kinds of percussion, getting a massive workout in each song, and leaving the stage dripping with sweat.
Emppu Vorainen - guitar, and walking about on stage looking like he's having the time of his life.
Troy Donockly - multi-instrumentalist, backing vocals, and yet more facial hair.

But you had a really great experience with this song! So it's nothing to worry about. 😊
The guy who played the pipes is Troy. He is very talented and plays a lot of interesting and different instruments. Troy joined Nightwish in 2013, so he was not yet a permanent member of the band at the Waken concert, where you saw Ghost Love Score. He is a great addition to the band.

"She's doing that....hair thing." You are so sweet! Floor does several hair things. A hair whip, head banging, and the Windmill. She was crowned with that because she is Dutch. You really brought it all together. Richard Dawkins was the narrator and spoke at the end of the song. The Irish pipes(Uilleann pipes) are played by Troy. Don't worry, you will know everyone as you discover more about this band.

Great reaction, Bisscute. You are on the right track about the meaning of the "song".
Don't listen to those who spoiled the mood. Listen, haters will hate, no matter what you do. This Wembley version has a way better mix of the music with the sound effects of the animals and other stuff and yes... the Tampere version is more epic with the fireworks and a slightly different intro, low whistle in stead of guitar and e-bow. Watch it in your own time, it is worth it.
For the coming Nightwish reactions, I advise you to use your fellow countryman Gabriel Bardac's list. He put up a list with the best versions to watch and enjoy Nightwish the most. That way future comments of "it's the wrong version sniff sniff" can be avoided. The list is in the comment section of your first NW reaction "Ghost Love Score". Bisscute, you are rocking it. Stay safe and healthy, and above all .........ENJOY NIGHTWISH............ Much love from Belgium. ❤🤘🤘🤘

Your interpretation of the story is right on, your emotional reaction was correct, and the way you connected the music to the message is wonderful. I have had the privilege of seeing Nightwish perform live a half-dozen times, including twice doing this as the show's grande finale. It is a spiritual experience. You chose the right version for the right reason--Richard Dawkins is one of the leading anthropologists in the world. The history of the existence itself. This song is overwalming. There are so many learnings in this masterpiece, but I would highlight one: "(Man) had a dream to understand a single grain of sand." That's the truth of life: we can investigate, study, but we only can dream about knowing a single grain of sand inside the massive desert of knowledge, and the most that man can hope for is that, once it has disappeared, future civilizations will find a piece of the wall of a public bathroom with an inscription: "We were here". So revealing.

I just want you to know Bisscute, that the people who have the negative replies are the minority, unfortunately they always feel the need to spout their garbage. Don't listen to them. Your thoughts were spot on and your reactions are beautiful. I love knowing that others are as moved as I am by this music. Keep up the awesome work, there are tens of thousands of us out here that appreciate your hard work!

That was awesome! No one really understands how good Nightwish is until they hear this song. Your enthusiasm was unmistakable and I could tell that you FELT the music. Welcome to the Nightwish army my friend. We are a large and diverse family that truly cares for each other. Nightwish has brought us together and I am very happy to call you sister. Much love from the NW army in New York 🤗

    Hi Bisscute.
I so happy you enjoyed this performance. After all, it's an amazing composition about the evolution of human kind starting with the big bang. Don't worry about the tears, we all cried at some point in our Nightwish journey....
    I still do. 😄
    So about Tampere....
Nightwish performed this song in Finland as well and both this "Wembley" version and Tampere were recorded for DVD. Now I must say, They seem to go all out when it comes to recording a show and Tampere is no exception.
In fact, I seem to be a little addicted to that version myself, but this performance kicks ass too.
If you want to do a reaction to the Tampere version, go ahead, you will get views and you will see how Nightwish makes little changes for different shows. It's actually very exciting and wonderful to experience. Don't feel bad about the comments, everyone just their "favorite" version of a particular song but you did absolutely nothing wrong.
I'm sorry you felt your premier was ruined and I hope that feeling doesn't last because your reaction was beautiful and honest and that's what counts.
For your next reaction, how about a little story?....
    It's definitely "Storytime"!
    ruclips.net/video/pvkYwOJZONU/видео.html
Thank you for the video, touching reaction, and comments.
    Welcome to the Nightwish Army!!!
    Stay safe and stay blessed.
    😊❤🤘🤘
    Almost forgot...
The long hair guy is Marko, the gentleman that played the guitar in the beginning and the Irish bagpipes is Troy, the keyboard player is Tuomas, the drummer is Kai, and the guitar player that likes to smile and walk around is Emppu. 😉

Babymetal started in 2010 the 3 young ladies were 11 years old teamed up with an epic heavy metal band...
    Band : Babymetal
    Song : Road of Resistance
Video : Live in Japan (OFFICIAL) ( At 3:34 the Crowd Control you love starts ).... get ready for goose bumps!!!!
I believe this concert was in 2015 when the ladies would have been 16 years old
Please keep up what you are doing... watching your reactions is Awesome!!! =)

Really great reaction! I cry *every* time I hear Richard Dawkins quote Charles Darwin!
This song is epic musically, and message wise. The importance of this song is huge...I agree, everyone should hear this, see this, experience this!
Well, you've tackled the big ones...there's still so much to discover. So much music to enjoy!

Thank you for such a genuine and heart-felt reaction. You expressed what I think most of us listeners experience when we listen to this song, being tossed around emotionally by the music and Floor's and Marko's voices. And thank you for reacting to the Wembley version, to me the live reading by Dawkins, and the response from both the band and crowd, makes it very special. Keep being yourself, and do you what you want in the way you want!

There is NOTHING better than a sincere emotional breakdown to a watching/hearing a live Nightwish performance for the first time. That's what we all expect from honest reactions. Most of us have cried at some point.
the Tampere performance was important because Floor's parents where there, however, you'll get that story from a documentary better. I prefer Wembley performance because of Richard Dawkins being there live.
Its like "yours in an empty Hope". I actually prefer Rio 2005 version, because the camera shots show you who is doing what better, and I think I'm the only one. I guess "they" want you to follow their journey. Most of us are here to watch YOUR journey.
As for negative comments, you have to learn to ignore them. Think about buying something from Amazon? Do you only buy things with no 1,2,3 star reviews? No, because you'd never buy anything. If you get 1000 comments, and less than 10% are negative, you should really just ignore them. 90% or better is just perfect. You shouldn't expect 100% good comments just as we should expect 100% of NW reactions to be positive. If every reactor had same reaction, what would be the point? In the same way, not every reaction comment will be the same. Its ok!

Follow your own path, there's no wrong turn with Nightwish or wrong songs, just wonder and joy no matter which versions you watch.
You do you and you do what you want :)
Nightwish are there to be discovered and enjoyed.

What a beautiful and genuine reaction! As mentioned below, please ignore the haters.
Also mentioned below, the Nightwish army is very passionate, and they are very divided as well as to which "version" of Nightwish they enjoy the most. Personally, I 'm new to Nightwish myself, only discovering them about 6 months ago now. I love how talented they are, and their live performances are truly something to behold. I just wish they would come to Africa! (Greetings from South Africa)
May I suggest, for your own personal exploration, that you go watch some of the older performances, starting with Tarja Turunen, and then with Annette Olsen. Doing so will allow you to understand why the Nightwish army is as passionate as it is. You will then also have a more rounded understanding of the evolution of this amazing group of artists.

Also really cool that you found it out at the end without having read 100 pages of text on Wikipedia and elswhere before to be "prepared", so big thumbs up for that also 😀🤘🏼

What is this behavior? If she want to react to the Wembley version, let her do it!
    Both version a really good.
She doesn't have to work through a list of when she has to react to what. It's her free choice.
I hope that she doesn't lose interest in Nightwish reacts because of you.

The keyboardist, it's Thomas, he's the one who composes the songs.
Marco, plays the Bass, and is the second voice.
Emppu, is the one who plays the guitar.
This particular theme tells the story of the universe and the earth.
    I recommend the following songs:
The Poet and the Pendulum (This song was written by Thomas, after the first singer of the band was kicked out, they were childhood friends, and he being the leader of the band made the decision, this led him to a deep depression, and was about to take his own life. The song talks about this topic). The show at Wembley 2015.
Another song that I recommend is Romanticide. The show in Wacken.
