In NYC I was drinking a bottle of beer in public when a police officer noticed me, because drinking beer in public is forbidden. He was about as nice as the German cop in the movie above, but that was in 1983.
Aw , Idi ! It's been a great conversation! Thank you ! I understand that you often met strict police officers. Someday there will be good ones. My friend was mistaken for a Chechen terrorist - he is swarthy, with a beard and he had a toy Kalashnikov assault rifle the size of a real one in his bag. After meeting with the police patrol, I had to thank them for a long time that this meeting cost two broken ribs, a broken jaw and several broken teeth. The police mistook him for a terrorist with a real weapon. But then they figured it out and released him with an apology. and then the good ones!
@@drisreacts everything is fine with his friend now, he has recovered a long time ago. But now he has a rule: he travels to the city only with a passport, he always shaves, he never wears a green bandana on his head and he will never joke with the riot police again!
I think you are right. The German police are better than the American ones. But, I don't know, because I only had to communicate with my own police. And many times because of my work. Very nice guys, they always help, they also like to joke and laugh. Minor infractions can be forgiven if you behave politely. They just seem strict because the work is so serious. In addition, my two uncles are police officers - a colonel and a major, and cousins. Thank you! Good luck to you !
I've never had a bad experience with American police all of the ones I've met were really nice and joked around also, a lot of these clips are cherrypicked.
@@kevinprzy4539Thank you very much for your answer. I'm from Russia . Yes, most likely we are wrong. We are wrong in many things, because we do not know much, all this news creates stereotypes. Most often negative. Why is it never said how good the police are doing? You probably won't believe that Russian cops are mostly cute either. It's the same as believing everything they say about us now. But in fact, the opposite is true.
@@NataliaAvdaeva there’s tons of videos on the internet of police doing cool little things for the community in the US they just don’t get really popular like the bad clips I’ve seen quite a few videos of police officers showing up to kids birthday parties when none of their friends showed up, local police hosting food drives and free gloves and coats for winter for the low income members of a community as well, there was even a cop who used to pick up a kid who walked 5 miles to work and 5 miles back home in the winter so the cop decided to start a gofundme and got the kid a car. Bad publicity tends to sell more than good publicity sadly.
Yeah, the german police is really nice and friendly! :)
That is really good 😊
Good police personnel Leeds to less crime 😊😊

Well today this is the sad truth 😕
There are some good people to but most of them abuse their power ☹️

We are not saying that there aren’t any good polic but most of them abuse their power
@@drisreacts nah I’d say it’s the opposite, majority do not while there’s a minority that does abuse their power.
