Would you recommend a Inspire Functional Trainer or a multi home gym for home use? I would like to improve my strength and bone health for playing pickleball.
Ok so I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis of full hip and osteopenia of spine. I had just started getting into pickleball. Does this mean I have to give up the sport because of a fall risk? 😢😢

I've been wanting to begin playing pickleball but afraid I might trip over my own feet and fall 🤷♀️

I learned you should never move backward; this is when you fall.
I agree. That is what we have been instructed to advise in the UK.
