Take a q-tip and rubbing alchohol and get the juices into it meaning rub around the joy stick and push the joystick down like when ur sprinting and put it there too with the q tip.

I just got a new controller I tried that at least 5 times and it was so hit and miss
Andy if u got a new controller and the controller was fucked up when u got it, then something is wrong with your controller
it works for maybe 20 minutes, then you have to do that all over again.
