I wish someone would do some good longer documentaries on each great Medieval and Renaissance composer. People are gradually beginning to see there was a lot of culture in the Medieval times. Anything would ease the scarcity now present, but ones with high production values, and scholars/rare book collectors donating time/scans/access (see Philip Pirages) would be excellent!
Thank you once again for taking my request! Anyway, the music you used in the background is "Doxazomen sou Christe" and "O synapostatis tyrannos".
My pleasure! The information about the pieces has also been added.
St. Kassiani is my patron saint.
Very informative and interesting, I didn't even know about this composer before! Thank you for another great video!!

Enjoyed.
thank you...
One of the most famous versions of St Kassiani’s hymn was put to music by Petros Lambadarios in the second half of the 18th century.
horrible just someone talking
Yes, I'm sure interviewing her would be _so_ much more entertaining.
If you actually listened to what he is talking about, you may find it more interesting. Rewatch the first 7 seconds of the video
