Yo Aki (I'm not ghetto), I'm only starting sentence like this bc I'm excited! Lol ever since Apex came out I was having a hard time defeating my enemies because of my bad ADS settings. Then did morning I thought about you and remember your like a ADS Queen!...then your video was like the first vid on my RUclips feed. Thanks your the BEST!! Also your confidence and composure has grown since you first launched your channel keep up the great work! Side bar send some subs over on my side of town lol I'm not as great as you but I'm still a newbie. Wish you had a ps4 account.
It’s Aiko again no way haha I watched your Overwatch video about this like 5 years ago😂😂 and once again, explained great. Thanks I’ll buy some thumb sticks haha
thanks Aikable for explaining these aim settings that no one else does, appreciate it. for my overwatch fans, if you are fan of high aim smoothing in overwatch like myself, you better go with steady.
10:20 High-Velocity won't be that bad unless if u have super sensitive stick drift. Plus, if u adjust ur dead zones here and there u can make it feel identical to linear.
Most formative video I have seen to date on response curves. I already had a general idea on how they work, as I use instant setting on my elite controller, but I never saw the graphs like that with the hot zones displayed. So when you play, do you run your right stick at instant -2 on the slider bar as well? Will def be watching your videos from now on and hope to catch you on twitch as well!
This was super well done! I actually prefer steady cause I tend to have a twitchy aim and that little extra smoothness in the steady helps even it out at range. Haven't had any problems up close yet either so that's a plus. Keep up the good work!
Girl thank you so much for breaking this down! 😭 I didn’t actually know anything past the “sensitivity” settings- and then I didn’t even know exactly what I was doing with that. I’m so into Apex so this was extremely useful. 😎✌🏼
I just discovered your channel. I was playing on 4/4 steady because other people told me they were good. I can't ever get kills, it feels difficult to track targets even when they are close. I'm going to try 3/3 classic and spend time training.
Can u shed some light on elite controller stick curves at the moment I'm liking instant on both left and right stick... Right stick has radial turned on, but problem is im not understanding the bar graph thing idk if I should slide it all the way to the left or keep it in middle or to the right. I noticed the circles get larger and smaller when u move them.
Someone please reply to this! Does anyone know a Twitch streamer or RUclipsr that uses fine aim? I really want to watch a good player (or average) use that response curve. If you don't know any but you use that curve can you please tell me what sensitivity you use? I personally use fine aim 7-7
I use fine aim and have a few videos on my channel. I use 4-3 and my tracking is very good. But cqc is rough for me so I've been practicing with linear with live bots. But all of my apex videos on my channel are done in fine aim.
Hello!! Can you please make a video with the best configuration for you on the stick for the linear response curve? please Greetings from your Mexico fan !!
What they give us in Apex is far better than what OW gives us with all the sliders, etc. Problem with OW is that the controls are built on shaky foundations. They can give us all the new sliders in the world, but the controls will always feel wonky due to lack of deadzone slider and just how they've coded their curves in general. IMO more options don't always make it better. I'd rather have fewer, more solid options vs just a buffet of sub-par sliders (inconsistencies of the aim smoothing slider).
@@mohammadjr.4546 mah man, regular on 4(keep putting it up the most comfortable you get to 5-6), aim down sights on 4-5. but i seen one streamer that uses 3
Classic is NOT the call of duty feel. Call of duty has no aim acceleration. When you pull the thumbstick fully in one direction in cod, you maintain that speed. With the classic in Apex, you first turn slowly, then accelerate.
I'll agree Classic is not the COD feel, but neither is Linear. I don't know for certain what COD uses, and I don't think it's ever been confirmed by developers. But I've been playing COD for over a decade on controller and Steady is the most similar, I felt it almost immediately when I first tried it. Fortnite or CS is a good example of Linear.
Hey, Aiko! Im a huge Overwatch player and I really want to try apex but can't seem to understand is Normal on Apex more like the linear ramp on Overwatch?
I like to use it. I use all 4 paddles so my thumbs never have to leave the joysticks to press buttons. Also the elite controller comes with longer joysticks for precision aiming & hair pin trigger stops for faster trigger jamming. One thing though, elites aren't the best quality so I'd get a warranty.
