How can i get 3d scanned mesh's section as sketch line? I know Fusion 360 can quickly done this, but can not find how inventor do this.
Would be great if the first tool would come up in the right click. (0:25) Is the "convert to base feature" not everyone has? It does not appear for me when I try this method
You need to download Autodesk mesh enabler
and also actived it on inventor (make sure your mesh is not too fine or your computer will chrash or buy a new computer)

can inventor do convert sub-division obj to t-spline?
Hello! As far as I know, Inventor can only convert mesh to brep. Currently Fusion 360 has more tools to work with t-splines
