That may be one of the best sounding V6s I've ever heard.

f1 and ford gt basically have the same sounds. Caddy's have the best due to them having equipped with better resonator at the expense of performance.
this is the best sounding ats v I've heard... they usually sound like ass with aftermarket exhaust.
Charles Coffey v6s are the hardest engines to make sound good, but damn it sounds clean
Steven Goggans 4 cylinders are the hardest to make sound good. If you don’t do it right you’ll end up sounding like a rice burner Honda Civic
V6 makes all the difference, sounds like a Lambo.

I drove a CTS-V and an ATS-V and for some reason liked this car more. I really do love the sound of that 3.6 and would actually buy this vehicle if I had the money.

Lol good luck. My Championship Edition was the lowest in the state of Texas, it was just under 50k used, 20k miles, with cert. Warranty. Prices on used cars are through the roof right now... a ats v from 2016 with 40k miles is 50k, no warranty. I couldn't find one lower.

@@SeanPennII OH bro, you basically got a ats v lol. It is the 3.6l TT with 400hp or so, so you are right there. You just won't get the refined handling capabilities of the V... but you'll love that v sport no doubt about it. They are a blast.
I'm not sure if any aftermarket performance is available for the vsport, I think I heard there isn't much unfortunately.

Sounds a lot like my Saab 9-3 aero lol, it is a variation of the same motor, mines just downsized to a 2.8. Still funny how it sounds so similar

I think Nissan makes the best sounding TTV6, the VR30 and VR38... I'm not a GTR fanboy or hater but those engines sound amazing better than most NA V6s

You don't get a CEL, but we do not have valve to control the sound, you did that with your foot.

yea read the instructions... doesn't say anything if a resistor is used or not; it just states to unplug, and thats it.

@corsa does this retain the use of the stock exhaust valve setup? If not does it have some sort of resistor to trick the electronics into thinking it’s still there?
This system does not but there won't be an error code for not reusing them.
Would this round up the sound of my ats v because I have new era down pipes and x pipe but it’s a little raspy would this round it up enough?
It's hard to predict what someone else's X-Pipe will sound with our system but we do tune all our exhausts to avoid rasp.

Is that turbo spool stock or did the exhaust and runs help it get that way? My 2.0t doesn't spoil that low with stock and I hate I hope this TT does wonders

The ATS-V and CTS Vsport and the CTS in general. I Own the Vsport. Both outstanding cars!! Why GM decided to axe both of them?! One will always wonder. What they got out now is crap.

I'm confused, isn't the ATS-V supercharged? You took out the supercharger and then installed the turbos or you added the turbo on top of the SC? Sounds fucking amazing either way
No...our ATSV our LF4 TT V6
The ATS-V is twin turbocharged from the factory, not supercharged.

Pretty sure that car has downpipes too. That turbo sound won’t come from an exhaust
Everything else was stock. The turbo sound may be easier to hear with our exhaust vs stock

In the video, what was the other exhaust configuration? Stock downpipes and stock mid-pipe? I have Weapon X downpipes and mid-pipe. So I'm trying to get an idea of what it'd sound like on my car.
This video is all the same exhaust set up. Just our Axle-Back, rest is stock
Probably be deeper and a we bit louder with ur downpipe,and mid. Jmo
