Wow, you got your work cut out with that frame, buddie. Hopefully, you can save it. If not, you have a good selection of parts to use on other projects. Happy new year dude look forward to more of your videos in the coming year.🎉👍🍻.
I'll do my best.. but you're definitely right. Some decent parts already salvaged that will clean up nice. One of the brake levers has already snapped in half, that's a £10 loss but I'll happily take that. I have this image of building a 'rat' grifter with skyway bmx wheels, either from this one or parts from this.. only time will tell. Thanks for the support, have a good new year.
Another great video Mike I personally don't think you'll ever get that frame where it needs to be but good luck with it. It might be worth you investing in a set of rachet click spanners it would make life a lot easier. Take care buddy.
I have put rachet click spanners on my new year list. I've had a look, they look incredible, great advice. How do I even go about moving that frame, heat?, vice?, wood?, I'll throw 3 or 4 hours at it. If nothing happens then I'll re assess..
@dealermike1331 yes the only chance is with heat or it will snap and then its scrap.looking forward to seeing how it goes on rather you than me there might be a few beeps on that video lol.
Hi Mike great video 📹 personally I don't think you'll get that back to where it should be but good luck with it lol 😂 At least you've got your money 💷 back allready, did I hear one of them old inner tubes going down at the end or squeaky door 🚪 lol 😂 cheers 🥂
I would've got the right hump with that rear wheel and no doubt would've booted the bike around the garage in anger. 😂 Just sold my Grifter, I've taken a deposit and it's going next week. I can't help thinking I should've kept it. 😢
It very nearly went out of the garage door a couple of times.. I liked that grifter, it looked lovely. I regret selling every bike in the last year but space comes into the factor time and time again. Just got to follow your heart
@dealermike1331 Yeah I kept going into the garage and I'd bump into one bike which would then wobble another bike, I'd start off a domino effect. 😁 Sold the mk3 Chopper on Thursday so that's two bikes out of the way. Definitely keeping the Burners though. 🙂
