Ietef Vita, a.k.a. DJ CAVEM of MOETAVATION crew is a Green For All Class 4 Fellow straight out of the garden, representing the historic Five Points district of Denver, Colorado. He describes himself as an O.G.: Organic Gardener, "teachin' HIP HOP history and how to grow greens". He is the definition of HIP HOP - Higher Inner Peace, Helping Other People, an award winning activist, founder of the Brown Suga Youth Festival, B-Boy and Midwife. This Vegan chef is producing more than just beets, harvesting two albums: "Deep Rokc" and "The Teacher's Lounge", working with Dead Prez, Digable Planets, KRS-One, UMI, Oveous Maximus, Mike Chav, and Bun B, to name a few.

When I went to Mendocino College I remember walking by the bus stop & asking a couple guys if they needed a ride & if they wanted to battle one of the questions I asked one of them was "what are you doing for the world" he asked what I meant & I explained then they invited me to their apartment & we hung out, I never spoke to them again, but I love this track cuz it reminds me of that day & I hope I made an impact cuz I confronted him with the stigma societal structure places on low income & minorities plus all the toxins they feed us... big ups keep doing what you're doing!
