      You can use it for all kinds of navel exercises, navel pumping ( with each Har you chant you also pump the navel), the " Har Aerobic Kriya", Stretch Pose etc...

      Sat Nam Europe can I use it as a naam simran. I read in an article yogi bhajan use to recite Har,Har for very long durations.

      meditation is about feeling the consciousness running within you and the source from where it is emanating...when you feel yourself as a part of that source then your goal is achieved...its easier said than done...while meditating you need a calm and peaceful environment...so no mantra or chanting...breathing should be deep...heart beat slows with every breath and eventually you wont feel your limbs or your body and from there you need to explore the world of consciousness...
