I think it is a result of both a corrupt system and /or laziness or giving up but as you say if you keep plugging and pushing and never giving up something always does turn up
Hi Susan...This is Moses.. I think the problem out here is most young people don't have mentors.. Again we must learn to start small.. I mean the modern employer wants someone who can get things done... Papers are there to shield you..but actualization is the big deal..Opportunities are there ..but we dont have the eyes to see
