The strap (?) from her dress fall out (or ripped) when she was performing, the strap purpose is to hold her dress from slipping out of her body so after the string fall out, she has to hold her dress up for a long time & couldn’t dance all the way out which makes her so uncomfortable :(((
At 2:15, you can't tell from this fancam's angle, but she's supposed to be hidden behind Exy (from the front view). That's why she's not doing much and staying mostly still. She does the same thing in the beginning of La La Love behind Exy. Also, when she pulls her arm backwards, her shoulder blades really push the transparent strap (close to breaking it at 1:51). You can actually see at 2:28, the move she does with her arms break the transparent strap - that's the wardrobe malfunction. You can see her notice the broken strap at 2:30.
