An interview that was made three years ago and somehow the situation of 3 years ago is still actual. In fact, such situation has been identical ever since the Bosnian authorities agreed to let the UN and NATO missions withdraw prematurely so much so that at tge time of their leaving this country, the Dayton Accords have been implemented at the rate of perhaps 40%. So, who is actually to blame for what we have today here? Us, or international community, or both parties? Only sunce 2014, Bosnia has lost about half a million of young, educated, prospective work force along with their families, now expatriates likely never to return to their places of origin. Also, speaking of The Annex 7 of the DPA, which promulgates return of refugees and internally displaced persons, has become literally obsolete only because of the fact at which many of those people are in their late 60s or 70s living somewhere abroad in much much better circumstances than they would have in their pre war places of residence. And very few of their successors bear any interest of gaining the right of their fathers and mothers due to the very same reason. So, what is the actual perspective for all of us here in Bosnia? Only God knows.
