@@genz-career I'm currently in cognizant for last 3years but I'm not having much exposure here, couldn't learn much....as I'm working in a very old tech stack called apache servicemix, which has no scope as none uses it.... My manager also asks me to go out from here or at least from the project but now if I take the release and go to the bench, which many of my friends did but they haven't got any project staying on the bench and after 60 days they have to resign or the HRs are making them resign forcefully.... I startes learning springboot microservices java for last 6-8months,created projects as well.... Want to know what I should do? As I'm not confident enough as I have not worked in a real life scenario, so if they ask something there I may get trapped!! So asking these projects are enough to explain in interview?
