The multiple root system is the same as grafting two plants together. This will actually accelerate the growth&maturity for the plant when it's growing fruits. Eventually one or two will become dominant&integrate the other plants' roots but this helps a lot. Unfortunately not a lot of other fruits propagate this successfully.

I was skeptical at first, but my brain immediately picked up on something i learned a year ago, Micropropagation also known as cell culture, so yeah this should work with almost every plant. Thank you so much, i never considered getting a citrus plant this way, you know theres quite often Mandarins beings sold with a bit of stem and leaves attached, i know what im gonna do next 😅.

      Primavera: marzo, abril, mayo
      Verano: junio, julio, agosto. ¡Gracias!

I think leaves just convert light into energy and sometimes guide water to rootstocks like succulents related to pineapples do. Tubers or taproots rather store nutrients. Though, the leaves weren't below flower buds but they had a bit of stem they could root from.

    Good
But the issue is the quality of the lemons. You would not know until the tree grows after 2years.
Or if you know the origin of the top part of the tree (if grafted.)
    Unless grafting is followed.
