Ingredients:
Roughly 1/2 bottle Just Egg
1 scallion
1/4 bell pepper
Handful chopped spinach
Dash onion powder
Black pepper
Vegan cheddar cheese
Few dash Indian black Kala Namak salt
** this has an egg like scent which honestly took me a while to get use to. You can use regular salt.
This vegan omelette is not bad at all. Really good. I was skeptical for about a year but finally decided to give Just Egg a try and I was not disappointed.
