The number 1 benefit of going to the gym is building discipline. The discipline to push yourself to get up early, do the thing you don't want to do, not eat the things you want to eat, lift the heavier weight, run the extra distance faster than you did before and get up and do it all over again.
That discipline will carry over I to every, other, aspect of your life.
32:04 was the realest thing ive heard. That is true young men. I just climbed out of that out come. Focus on growth you can have your fun and party when your 25-35 and actually have more than 500 bucks. Here Friday broke saturday at 3am not worth it

You have given me an opportunity! Followed by You don’t know me son! My best friend and girlfriend unalived herself not long after I went through a divorce. It is one thing after another. But you are going to get through it amazingly so. Those people that have really had some truama and come out of it are those beautiful ones that keep getting back up I love meeting them and it inspires me. Let’us be those people.
