    I just did 10 reps of sissy squat just eccentric phase and my knee cap does not pop anymore (suffering from a light quad tendinopathy over the last few month) because of squat with elevated heels 😬. The quad feels so light 😊 thanks so much 👌
    I will do that on daily basis 🙏

    Isn't the 'couch stretch' made redundant by the sissy squat and the reverse nordic? I have been doing sissy squats lately, forgot about the reverse nordic but will give that a go for sure. Exercises that stretch under load are great, the ATG split squat is another favourite!

      Great question! Yes, if you have great strength through a full range of motion you’ll be able to maintain your mobility easier.
      The couch stretch is great and can help improve some mobility for you to then sissy squat into it👍

      @@alphaprojectphyzio5592 Thanks. I think it varies from person to person. These exercises are quite challenging but my fitness level is quite good. Especially the full range sissy squat (eccentric and concentric) because it is a real balancing act.
