Does business verification need to be approved beforeel ads run or no? It says optional but im having issues linking tiktoknaccount and when i set it up with a video code to do it that way it wont let me setup creative before publish. Any suggestions!

I would duplicate and create a new campaign with a new creative, if the original campaign is profitable leave it on
