I mean the MAIN reason is that this is a video geared towards newer players to the champ or lower rated players in general and Night harvester is an item where you don't have to worry about actually using the active component which is what quite a few people actually struggle with. Besides that in this video there is a good argument for NH in general because sett j4 and garen generally are build quite tanky so the flat magic pen from rocketbelt holds less value overall. Also the team on my side is rather ap damage heavy as well with maokai and lux in there so we are basically triple AP into what is a rather durable enemy team again losing the flat pen value quite a bit if the enemy builds smart.

Yes but as mentioned I was doing it in the most basic way possible for a reason. There are many ways to make it faster.

Hi ! Shadowflame is not better than horizon ? The 700 range proc on fiddle ?
Read what horizon actually does and you will understand why it is better it doesn't just proc off range
