In this comprehensive walkthrough video we give you glimpse into some of the things that happen to a used CNC router when it arrives at our facility.
In preparation for the buyer not only does each machine get thoroughly cleaned and lubricated, but we also replace any and all parts that are abnormally worn or broken. In some cases with older machines we will even go as far as replacing linear bearing cars and worn pinion gears like you'll see in this video. New parts like this not only make the machine sound much better but will also improve accuracy and reliability making your finished product look and feel better as well.
We also change the oil in our MultiCam Turbo Vac Positive Displacement Blower.
