>Shocking rules
>Pretty much everything you would expect
I've been a rider since I was 14 (68 now). I've had a few encounters with full patch guys including full members of the Hells Angles and they were nothing like they're portrayed in movies. Like I said, I've rode bikes forever. Once when I was a real kid (teen) had bike trouble in the middle of no where. The Angles were headed for a big rally and a large group (50 or more) were going past when 5 peeled off the rear to help. I didn't know anything then (early 70's) and these guys stopped to help. It was my carbs and because I was going up a mountain, the carbs needed adjusted for the air. Not only did they get it synced and set, they gave me some tools for my box. How darn cool was that. Super friendly and didn't have to help me but did. No cameras around then but I'd loved to have gotten some pics from them.
The next time was benefit for a kid that loved Harley's and had posters of bikes and bikers all over his hospital room. Somehow one of their chapters found out about him and came up to give the kid a jacket, rag and engraved wrench. He was never going to be able to ride but they made it as close as they could with a miniature Harley replica . They also left a nice donation too.
These guys do good things too. They have rules that they follow and we need to follow. Never disrespect them and they will never disrespect you. I remember being at a vintage auto/bike show where this guy was selling rockers and 1% patches to people that didn't know what that meant. Don't ever wear a state rocker or 1% patch on your jacket. That's at a level of disrespect you may not want to cross. Some full members may be okay with it and just tell you to wear your jacket inside out, or put it away, but others may not.
Just remember. You see a biker bar with a load of road hard bikes parked, don't think it's a chance to make new friends. Just get your beer and remember who's world you're in.
Lol you just convinced me all bikers are idiots.
Yup! They are really good guys with a strong loyalties. However, don't get on their bad side.
@@funnlivinit Hells Angels are clowns
As a Retired Military I can defiantly understand why this Organization wouldn't want just any one wearing their Colors. We call that STOLEN VALLOR and I completely understand their Position
My cousin was a Marine back early 70's, combat vet. When he got out he gave me one of his khaki dress shirts. He'd taken everything off of it except the stripes (corporal), guess he just forgot. I was 14 and wearing militaria back then was big in my school. I was wearing the shirt on the boardwalk of a local beach while with some friends when a guy came up to me, showed me his badge and said he was an undercover cop. He asked me if I was in the Marines and when I said no he said "then take off the shirt". I never wore it again.
So, my electric motorcycle won't cut it?
Give it a try - wear a tutu, a lampshade in lieu of a helmet and waterwings filled with whiskey, not air, for best chances
During COVID, the Angles had one of the only booths at Laconia Bike Week, right next to The Boy Scouts of America booth.
Id imagine that they don't take too kindly to this guy writing books about them.
Yeah I totally agree, as well I appreciate the content lol they probably don't like videos like this that somewhat 'exposes' them
he is a lonely snitch
The angels won't deny known facts, will probably little for any minor bits of fake info
As with most these it's respect more than anything, you would be surprised how far respect and etiquette often will go with serious people
They don't care
Sunny wrote a book about them
I will never join Hells Angles but i will join BACA (biker against child abuse)
They also belong to bikers for Trump
Who belongs to bikers for Trump @@devilghostface8798
So they cant have a beer with Mongols
In a strange way, the Angels are essentially an honor-based closed society, the kind of society that would be right at home in medieval Europe. "Honor" can take many unusual forms.
I have friends that were HA prospects and then mbers of another club. I tell you, the stories told by the female friend of mine, who was married to a member of another MC in the 80s are very different than this. The women are basically used as slaves, to clean and for sex. If youre married to a met, or have kids with one, you will be at the top of the pile, and can order other women around. But your man can beat you and treat you like garbage and thr other men dont care. Also, my friend who was a prospect in the 80s said it was the same for women who hung with the HA. I dont know about the drug rules either, because these friends of mine where total meth addicts. So, i think there are some differences in what was put out in the book, versus reality. OBVIOUSLY! 😂😂😂
Whats funny about that?
Whats funny about that?
Things may have changed, but Hunter Thompson rode with the angels, got drunk and stoned with them and was considered a friend. Then one time he told an Angel that he shouldn't beat on his woman - the guy turned on him, and in the "All on One" part of their Creed, they all joined in and beat the crap out of him. His book is a good read.
thanks bro i learn from this
4:48 showing Baditos in a Hells Angels vid... needs balls to do that.:D
😂 my first thought
The rules are pretty reasonable tbh nothing really shocking. Still a crazy group
None of that was shocking. I thought it was going to be something wild like, they have to share their girlfriends or something.
I would never join a Club that would take a Guy like me.😅
Ok Groucho 😏
@robtk3 Carl my have also said it.
I’ve never known a Hell’s Angel but we know a lot of bikers & they are some of the most giving & friendly people. If someone is in need they’ll be the first ones there to start a fundraiser or donate their time.
Not that I'd ever consider becoming one, but I couldn't help but wonder when the narrator stated that they'd never accept as a member anyone who had ever sworn an oath to another organization...so no former military among the ranks?
I thought they were originally started by military men.
For 'rebels' they sure have a lot of rules.
Seriously. Mary Kay Cosmetics has a dress code.
It's interesting ...from my observation in Australia half those rules don't exist but that's other MC clubs and I'm just a civilian....
The same in Denmark and I'm just a civilian too
If they cannot commit to a full time job, how do they earn a living?
Child Abduction and trafficking for the VIP's. (Very important pedophiles)
Sounds like the process to becoming an angel is similar to becoming a made guy
They allow veterans. They take oaths. So your mistaken on that rule.. Fact.
6:54 Nice jackets. Should be mandatory for all women
Cops are inherently anti-freedom, whereas biker clubs are the polar opposite. Another point is the cops break the oath they swear when they begin their careers, whereas biker clubs see their oath as sacred, being caught breaking that oath for a biker isn't going to end well for them. The cops call themselves officers but few maintain that standard, maintain because they do break their oath so liberally.
Lol. Boy thinks he's so smart while idolizing thugs. At least you're right about some cops tho, credit where it's due
@justjoe5373 lady likes to judge others, maybe her house is squeaky clean.
But I respect their character, charitable acts, and loyalty.
Is it just me, or does it seem like according to the video everything happened in 2002?
He ment to say low standards expectations.
"High standards and expectation." Oh brother.
Your pot belly must be T-H-I-S huge to join...
its not 1986 any more and the hells angels are a joke now days
"Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent." - Isaac Asimov
😂😂😂 that thumbnail! Those are HAs???
THE MAIN REQUIREMENT TO BEING A HELLS ANGEL IS YOU GOTTA BE A TOTAL BAD ASS !
Sounds like a sorority.
I would never get involved with them
While MC chapters of various groups have a baseline, they can be very individualized in how they operate day to day. Its kinda like how you get 6 weeks of training to do a job the 'right way' then hit the floor and realize that location has a few things quirked based on management and employee mentality. At the end of the day, if you encounter an MCer they will probably be respectful, firm, and wanting to go do whatever it is they're doing and not bother you. Some might help ya, others will pass you by. Charity drives for causes that pique their interests are common. Community action is common. They will generally try to give a nice front to the public and they are very close knit. But if you're labeled expendable or a threat it's best to leave the area. For every nice thing they do in public eye, there's generally a bad thing behind the scenes when it comes to these groups. The truth of that statement will vary, some MCs are more casual in that they just wanna ride and have camaraderie but when you get to the 1% and the MCs that directly support them you get into more dangerous waters. Then of course chapters will change over time as the seniors age and fresh people come in. Maybe a chapter did guns and drug trafficking in the 90s but are mostly clean present day or vice versa. Thus you gotta be able to read the room and stay situationally aware.
I wouldn't be surprised considering how difficult it is to join if people just started making their own Hells Angels vests, patches, and leathers, and then saying they are legit Hells Angels.
That would be pretty dumb to do and can get you very hurt or killed
I knew an old hippy named Gary that was at Kent State in 1970 when they had the shooting. He was a hard core drug user during the 70s and 80s, and so he crossed paths with Hells Angles back in the 70s. He witnessed their initiation once. They beat the hell out of the guy and then took him outside the bar. They had a hot dog connected to a motorcycle battery. They connected the other cable to the guy's leg. They bent him over and pulled down his pants a bit and slid the hot dog into the crack of his a$$! ZZZZZzzzTT!!! He said "they'll do that and then want to call these people 'brother'??? WTF". Also it's not true that it has to be exclusively Harleys. There were some that ride old Triumph and other British manufacturers that have been highly customized as choppers.
So do they pay any bills for their members if they cant keep a job because of the club???
I would say it's from Sonny's book but That's just a guess
Well, they were right about HD's being shit. Coz they are. Slow acceleration, low top speed, really poor power to weight and power to capacity ratios, too heavy, poor manouvrability, poor fuel consumption. Poor electrics and poor reliability. Nothing good to say about them, other then American made.
Buddy of mine has a Sportster from the mid-1980s. He told me that the clutch plates of modern Sportsters are about half as thick as the original on his bike (which he hasn't had to replace). Plus, a lot of modern HD components are being made overseas, too.
yeah, makes you want to run out and join the club...
Shocking. OMG Shocking! *** CLICK BAIT!!!!!! **** shame on you.
The local "Hottie " in 1961 NJ told me she was going to join the Hells Angels on graduation (if she did?) anyway she was sex on wheels toni M, for sure ,never gave me the time of day .Saw her back in NJ about 3 years later.
Wow,she walked and talked like a wind up zombie with vacant eyes .That was sad, what ever happened to her must have been traumatic .Ruined for life .He father intimated she would date ,I ran away .
I've ridden Japanese bikes since 1975. I'd never buy a Harley but I would not mind owning one of those Indian motorcycles which are a close cousin of the Harley bikes.
the Indians are real neat. We have one that needs some reconstruction and parts cleaning. She could start some years ago but now needs work since she was in storage for years.
As if any illegal rules can be “mandatory”…😂Lol
The sound of a Harley Davidson is the sound of Freedom. Nothing like it in the whole World
Not accusing anyone of anything, but people who are above and beyond when it comes to helping other people, usually have alternative motives, im not saying there arent amazing humans who truly care but the greatest atrocities ever commited tend to always come from the ones you least expect.
I WONDER IF MY SCOOTER IS GOOD ENOUGH TO JOIN THE GANG
Got a Ducati? Bermuda shorts? Knee white socks? Tennis shoes? You got what it takes if you do... youtube the latest Sturgis, you'll see what I mean.
It’s Not a gang. They are a Motorcycle Club.
I grew up in a biker household, never did like the style. I knew the rules, I was at the clubhouse for New years, just not my thing.
A bunch of boy scouts looking for a master.
What about getting your red wings?
Where do you think the term crank came from for meth?
Exactly!
What if your dad leaves you hus vest and you aint a member hmm
The vests always belong to the club not the members and should be returned to the club, just contact the club and they will collect it.
@@andycleary6209Very true. The club will pick it up before the funeral.
"Not a sisterhood" and the woke feminist army did not fight them?
At first most of them came out of Vietnam and started the Hell’s Angels and they just got bigger and bigger
Nope. California WWII vets in 1948. HA was a P-40 squadron of the Flying Tigers that were based in China. But, there was also a HA group of the 303 Bomber Group based in England.
So basically it would be easier to start your own club
I hate these videos with computer voices.
What is the country of origin of that biker gang. The truth may shock you. (Homework assignment)
Wasn't it founded by Vietnam vets, then grew from there.
@@-Stickyfingers- California WWII vets in 1948. HA was a P-40 squadron of the Flying Tigers that were based in China. But, there was also a HA group of the 303 Bomber Group based in England. One or the other.
My grandpas uncle was in the angles
Ah the notorious Angles...they are not to be messed with especially when armed with a protractor 😂
They have a habit of doing a 360 on opinions it's all about the degree of the situation it can be protracted
The trip angles chapter is crazy full of slopes
I find that his grandpa was an angle very aCUTE.
The 3 Degrees weren’t to be messed with either.
Oh YES!! SHOCKING!!
whats REALLY shocking is YT will publish this FOX level propaganda
THIRD 🎉
Their all losers
But they probably have a better grasp on grammar.
@@AthelstanEngland Oh sorry you are right, you're a loser too !
@@AthelstanEngland Yeah! I love it when the critic uses 'Their" as a contraction for "They are" Cracks me up!!! Sort of, "'blunts the barb'
His own rules by doing what you want : IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE
I dated a Hell’s Angel when I was bartending at a strip club. It was awesome and I still call them family✨
Weirdo
Just another sausage fest 😂
You'd let them slam you more times than a car door 😀😆😂😘😘
A person's choice in terms of cult membership tells you many things about that person, and it is generally bad news. Choose very carefully (e.g., look what has happened to the MAGAs)
Most of them are ex special forces
bs
This week, the head of the Hell's Angels cleaned up and appeared in Trump's court trial to support the defendant. Strange bedfellow for a former President and candidate.
YA WHEN i WAS A YOUNG LAW ABIDING BIKER i FORMED A CLUB THAT WAS NOT CRIMINAL IN NATURE BUT WAS NON THE LESS NOT TO BE TRIFFLED WITH. We were known as the "Heck's Angels" AND WE RODE MOTOR CYCLES AND STUFF LIKE THAT.
Oooh, cooome oon! They are not some "mob on wheels". They arey are "image-savvy", though and they are no "thugs" - plenty have degrees in Law or Business and know how to conduct themselves to further spread their image further! ... "world-wide"! ... Few MC's come CLOSE to the succes they had.
Those homosexuals in the picture I clicked are not H.A.
Rough but loyal crowd but you know that before you join, and their rules are sacred to them.
