As well as ending with the 6 steps for application: Start the night before, customize it, adjust for extenuating circumstances, schedule/layer for accountability, blend what fits together and execute to to enable you to live the life you want to live. I think I've watched this video before but for some reason after watching it the second time it inspired me to create a list like Benjamin Franklin did. Thank you so much for sharing the different routine ideas. I can't wait to start my list tomorrow morning.

Shawn how do those of us with very long commutes drink all that water first thing in the morning? I get up at 4:50 a.m. and catch the bus at 5:50 a.m. My commute is about 1 hour and 20 minutes on a commuter bus.
