I thought, "Someone's girlfriend must be pissed. Hey, maybe these unmarked DVDs are porn?" And to my surprise, the unmarked burnt DVDs were not porn. But instead vampire hunter D and vampire hunter D bloodlust. I did not take the gamecube games. I have no time for games. Only porn and vampire hunter D apparently.
I bought his massive pack on bandcamp i think it was. But he has the singles on here, Spotify and bandcamp as well (paying is optional but was totally worth it for games)
I just wish that the people who made copyright free Doom-esque tracks were good at mixing. It sounds like they use the default preset on Amped Roots and just go ham on nothing but the lowest string and then add the default FL Studio GRV drums over top.
Your track Jagan sounds like a bunch of synth/drum presets slapped together in FL, running almost the same pattern for over 2 minutes. Pretty much no bass on my average consumer grade headphones. Instead the lower melody produces some 'muddy' low-mids. How about adding a high pass and adding a bass line that sits in the center? Your synths could also use some EQ to make room for each other. As of now they are clashing in the mid frequencies, which is amplified by one really dissonant chord. There is a gap between the hi-hat and the rest of the instruments. Might be worth boosting some high frequencies and/or adding an additional layer one octave up just for that, to give the whole thing some 'brilliance'. I'm not convinced you can write, play, record and mix a Doom style song.
