  • I needed some pulleys for another project. I made these very quickly using some offcuts of spotted gum which is a very hard timber. I added a bit of rope for decorative purposes. I used two different turning tools to compare the difference in the end product. In the end there wasn't much difference!

    Very nice work Sir. I hope you are still getting valuable use out of them, but they look good enough to just decorate a Man Cave!

    can you show the knots your were making with the small rope around the larger rope
