‘Time rifts’ wouldn’t really work how most people think. A real time rift would show the person experiencing it just empty vacuum in space , since the physical location of the earth in the current time would not coincide with the location of the earth in the past. The ‘rift’ would need to teleport them in both time and space for them to see earth in the past - which is highly unlikely to occur through any kind of natural phenomena.

The indulgent world of the royals in the past was beyond comprehension… I know that many people are still infatuated with the royals of Europe today, but as an American, I don’t understand the appeal of a monarchy, especially when they are just figure heads that don’t have any actual power or authority over their people. Every year that the climate was good for ergot growth, the reported cases that I mentioned rose significantly.
I have to ask though, did this take place in France in like 51? If so I saw a documentary on this case. It was never proven, but it was suspected that the CIA used this French village to test LSD on the entire population, and then tried to cover it up as ergot poisoning. A baker was blamed and IIRC his reputation was ruined and he served time in prison.

Or if someone had a device could adjust their bodies to match the frequency at the time the lass through, or the ground underneath was high in quartz below, thus creating a temporary portal. I’ve often said that they used quartz to open many portals in the old world. We are way older than they care to tell us. Okay, first off, what kind of megalomaniac do you have to be to have a garden 5 miles long?! I mean it's not like any of the French aristocracy ever walked further than a few hundred yards before nearly falling over with exhaustion, or they would simply hop into a horse drawn carriage to take them through their garden? Which kind of defeats the purpose don't you think? I bet the people they saw were just a bunch of French aristocracy that have been lost and breeding inside the garden until they came across the two ladies, I mean, really the bourgeoise never paid any mind to the common folk anyways so it's not like that is new or anything either, or perhaps is was the first documented case a LARP camp.

She was a therapist who accidentally unlocked hidden memories of encounters with aliens from a couple of her patients. This transitioned into allegedly direct communication with alien beings who answered enough of her questions to fill at least half a dozen books, including one about a future "new Earth". Some of the information is so advanced that quantum physics professors were amazed and concluded that she couldn't possibly have made it up.

As you noted, the efforts to debunk the Moberly-Jourdain story finally got bold enough, first, to note the couple's relationship and then to conflate that with the rare condition "folie à deux" concerning their shared experience. It was and is an ugly and invalid attempt to debunk the women's story, although what they think happened very likely didn't occur, at least as a paranormal event in their lives. We must keep in mind that "Spiritualism" was in a period of wide interest in the late 19th Century, and this could very well have been keenly influential in their interpretation of what they experienced.
On another topic, since you solicited requests, you may have covered this before, but I ask that you devote a segment of your series to the story out of Eastern Europe that occurred in the first half of the 19th Century. It involved a doppelganger of a young teacher. The doppelganger was seen many times, and often in close proximity to, but never at the same time as, the real person. One young student reported placing a hand on the doppelganger and feeling something that was not a person at all, something more like a loosely woven fabric, as I recall the story. I would appreciate you going into that story at some time in the future.

2:46 The last king of France was Louis-Auguste, who on May, 10, 1774 ascended the throne as Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette became queen, NOT Louis XV. Louis XV, or Louis the Beloved, died at the age of 64 on the same day his grandson ascended the throne. Louis' father, the Dauphin, died of tuberculosis at the age of 36 and never ascended the throne.

Actually Louis XV1 was the last Bourbon King of France. The last king of France was Louis Philippe 1830-1848.

It was King Louis Louis XVI
the 16th, who was the last King of France and built for Marie her château, not Louis the 15th (Louis the Beloved aka the "womanizer") he was the father of the last Dauphin.
