Honestly my #1 problem to finishing a solo quota run is the sheer dread and aura of the game. I mean yeah pretty much the only thing that can hurt you is the monsters, but i can’t be bothered to go into a dark and eerie facility without going “dude, this is way too freaky” and only collecting like 2-3 items and then heading back and dipping.
@@GAMER32231I get not trusting others but honestly when I play with others I’m still solo but with insurance, I basically don’t care about my teammates or who they are as long as they are somewhat competent and maybe a bit funny. Stranger or not that extra set of hands is a big help and after playing solo for so long I’m often more than ready to accept the extra help.
I already knew assurance was the best map for early looting, but this route will help me so much with my sandworm problem. I usually get a decent haul each trip, but that worm ends most of my runs. Thanks for the tips!
From my expierence Vow and March are horrendous solo maps because of the bracken presence, the bracken is definitly the hardest enemy to solo in lethal company as well as the giants wich spawn frequintly spawn on vow and march aswell. March is also very hard to solo because of the pure size of the facility. Without a team of 4 going in multiple different fire exits you will never clear march of its loot so choosing Assurance as a solo moon was definitly a good choice.
When you are a bit experienced the Bracken is not a problem at all. I rather have 3 Bracken active than 1 Hoarding Bug standing in my way protecting the hallway :D
From my experience the bracken can be a very easy enemy to deal with, especially once you get a shotgun. The coilhead is much worse as it can pretty much kill runs, forcing you to look at it and making gap jumps virtually impossible.
Bread has a good guide on how the bracken AI works, it's actually way more manageable than you'd think. It's silent when stalking but has an agro state starting at zero. Every time you see him and he makes a noise it increases his agro by one but scares him off for about 20ish seconds. Higher his aggro the higher chance he attacks when spotted. The guide covers how he tracks players, pretty much he always knows where the players are, so once you know you're being followed just always look around, high chance you wont even see him enough to set his aggro to attack
One thing that helps me a lot in the facility is loot carrying optimization. Try not to carry loot deeper into the facility, dropping loot when you know it's in an area you will double back on eventually. Even 0lb loot takes up an inventory spot and the only loot worth carrying deeper is stuff like stop signs, homemade flashbangs, and especially keys. This doubles as a way of finding your way back to where you came from if you place the loot correctly and can save runs as well as save time.
How to dodge worms: drop everything and turn around then run backwards this makes the worm think your going towards it (because your looking that way) even when your running backwards. Sometimes the worm doesn't give you time to run which can be a pain.
my strat for any map is to check all 3 entry ways for any loot and also search past the doors because i usually find storage rooms there, i dont know if its just me doing good but i usually always find a full inventory of loot from the storage rooms next to main (even on experimentation)
There are stuff mentioned in tbis guide that im stell even lost on. Monsters have spawn times 😶 What the heck is a fire door 😶 Item make you heavy 😶😶😶 Obviously i need the guide before this guide😩
I don't quite understand the reasoning behind not going too deep at the beginning of the game, doesn't it go against logic a bit to go for the farther items later on when there's a higher chance of finding enemies? I'd rather stay closer to the exit near the end of the run, as it can be dangerous to be very far from any of the exits when there's many enemies throughout the facility. Otherwise neat video 🤙
Not sure what you mean, in this video I suggest to |never| go deep into the facility. It's all about making use of all possible Exits and loot "around" them without ever going too far.
Titan is probably the only other map you should go to solo unless assurance is stormy. I've found from personal experience that titan is better even when it's eclipsed or stormy (though stormy is a bit iffy because of random lightning strikes)
Hey this is a guide for normal player :D most people will never go solo paid moons or even play solo. For professional gameplay I advice to visit me live on twitch where use jet pack to skip long ways and speedrun moons. I also have a guide on yt for using jet pack because titan is not really good for solo since the map is to big to be even cleared by a professional group. For professional titan play I also have 2 videos where we aim for 10000 quota only titan :) Thanks for the comment !
@lorenzonerdzinho you can still play in servers but a good way to put it. If you wanna have a fun and laughable gameplay play with friends. If you wanna hardcore-ish and a seriously challenging run, you play by yourself
I feel that. But sometimes its just a question of stopping yourself to not be too greedy. Tell yourself to bring your loot back to the ship before 3pm and you should be safe
@@takerst yeah, an example of what I'm talking about is generally on my way back to the ship I get gobbled up by the earth leviathan even after dropping my items, or yesterday I died in a stupid way by trying to grab a beehive, but before I could get to the beehive, I got stuck in quicksand on a March with no weather conditions xD

It helps to start playing with friends/Community. Solo is advanced stuff

The bracken isnt that bad as long as you spot him once just close doors behind you and its pretty easy to tell when hes coming for you

Make sure to account for dogs, worms are not the only threat as ive had 2 dogs spawn at 2:00
Sure, IIts a fully RNG based game, you always have to adapt a bit. But Most people are afraid of worms when new to the game, not dogs so much :)
