I always had a little trouble sleeping as whenever I seem to get into bed and close my eyes, the thoughts of everything in my life seem to come in and I feel vulnerable and alone. But now I have a routine of snuggling into bed, cuddling my pillow and listening to this almost every night and have done for the last month or so, I find it so relaxing and just allows me to be able to get to sleep so much easier.
