when I play the Kuromi Spooky Cafe minigame, I always see the vip players have a Kuromi outfit when they become Kuromi. I was wondering if you could get the Kuromi staff if you are not vip? Because I was thinking that the vip players have a better chance for getting the Kuromi staff than the non-vip players. I tried to get the Kuromi staff when I wasn’t vip, but instead I kept getting the staff that I already owned. Thanks, if anyone could help me.
