The panelists discussed how systemic change is possible at the local, state, and national levels. With a focus on proportional representation, our panelists will discuss the shortcomings of our current system, examples of progress that should give us hope for the future, and avenues for the kind of structural reform that can finally bring our democratic institutions into the 21st century.
