    Another great video Will. We're just coming out of a cold snap (-25 - 30c plus windchill). Now that is warmer, you've inspired me to fire up one of the grills and 3-2-1 some ribs! :-)

      @@WillsGrillShack I have an offset but it's getting a bit long in the tooth. Your BK looks great. I'm thinking about an upgrade but have some other things planned for the "stable" including Bradley's latest. Great job as a usual buddy.

    Great looking ribs as usual Will! Any chance of a review on this Broil King Smoke? I've got the Regal 500 pellet but am deffo interested in getting a 'real' smoker this year!

    Excellent video Will....what tastes better in your opinion for the ribs...smoked on a smoker or pellet grill?

      That’s Martin, I prefer the ribs smoked on the offset, flavour runs deeper I think. Although a pellet grill is much easier day.

    I hate to point this out but watch your video. Look how beautiful the rack of ribs looked before you put it in the tin foil and how awful they looked when you unwrapped them. I never wrap my ribs and they are always perfect. No hate Will. just an observation.
