I mix ziziphus powder with other powders like moranga … Alma.. fenugreek … henna… Shikikki …etc I make a pot of moranga tea on the stove then let the tea water sit and cool off. With the WARM tea water I mix the powder until it makes a smooth paste. . I apply it to my hair and cover it with a shower cap and sleep with it over night. In the morning I rinse out the paste… then apply a deep conditioner and cover my hair again with the shower cap. I sit under the dryer for 45 minutes then rinse out the deep conditioner. I apply a leave in conditioner then a cream then last feengreek and Alma oil to seal everything in. I then get my hair braided as a protective style. I do this ONCE a month. I’ve one done this 3 times and my hair has grown like a weed . It also has gotten so strong and has stop breaking
Love this video,I was wondering every time I use herbs in my hair,there are bits from the herbs still in there even when I wash or use a conditioner,can I strain the herb recipe before use,or will it spoil the properties?
Yes you can the herbs thoroughly when you make hair teas and infuse them into oils. But when it comes to hair masks, you will just have to wash it out thoroughly.
