I swear these people are always moderator on a server
I'm very confused. I've watched the entire video and heard no one with a "R lisp". A few nasally teenagers but no one with a speech impediment. The guy at the end sounded like he had some trouble with "r"s but he didn't sound remotely British.

The first 30 seconds couldn't be a more accurate representation of the UK. Roadworks, constant fines when driving, and loud foreign music blasting from cars whilst driving crazy. It's like my commute to work.
