The kid is doing a really smart thing in this video, that's the perfect entrepreneurial mindset that someone must have in order to become successful, he pays someone a certain fraction of the money that is being earned, but keeps the majority in order to make somewhat of a profit, and as time goes on, that money multiplies until you can get more and more employees, and then you make even more money, and get even more employees, and the cycle just continues to grow until you've built an empire. In real life, a kid with that kind of mindset early on, is only destined for success.

I don't see anything wrong with this. The only thing I think that's shocking is the dad giving a stranger a PS5. First of all, he is wasting his money on another stranger's child. Secondly, he could have returned it if he really wanted to teach him a lesson. This is just weird as a person wouldn't just give a random child a free PS5. Nate’s a snitch. He happily agreed to do the chores and was even paid for them double what he’s normally paid (albeit how the payment was split wasn’t actually fair, but still Nate was fine with it and willingly accepted). Yet he broke his promise to Leon and ended up just throwing him under the bus. Yea Leon shouldn’t have lied to his dad, but Nate snitched on Leon for something that was a mutual agreement. Nate’s wrong for that.

So technically, Nate probably thought the agreement paper didn't say anything about only Leon doing his chores, that's why he thought it was okay for him do that. Overall, Nate wasn't so in the wrong, but I do agree that he doesn't deserve so much respect for what he did.
