PAX DEI: Tutorial - 'Full-Plot Tower ep. 1 - foundation and floors'

In final preparations for the 'Proving Ground' update, Unclecraig quickly constructs a tower which fills a single plot providing maximum usable space with minimal material.
In episode #1 we get the base foundation in place, construct a center foundation support, and begin constructing 6 meter floors.
