I had been debating about switching out my morning coffee for ice tea because tea is a lot more healthy than coffee and now you have just convinced me im doing the right thing. Long island iced tea it is from now on.

Fun fact: In Texas they make their own Long Island Ice Tea by adding an extra ingredient - bourbon. They call it "The Texas Tea"

This is probably one of my favoutite drinks i ever tried. Many of my friends say it is just alcohol, but in my opinion you just have to make it right and its delicious!
Made one with the cola syrup. I used black rum, original vodka and added two packs of black tea and served in a small jar with two slices of lime and two slices of lemon for garnish. It is so great and can be shared with your friends. Thank you so much for the recipe.

In the UK, we add a dash of whiskey, or a shot of whiskey (if you take it without coke), and some places use more than a shot of whisky to give it the "tea" colour, with no coke.

if i do cocktails with Cola syrup maybe i would do a "Jack & Coke Collins".
1/2 oz Cola syrup and lime juice
1 oz Whiskey (Jack Daniels)

This drink is insanely dangerous, almost no alcohol taste, but a high A.B.V..
its funny beacuse a margarita has a 30% ABV while the LIIT “only" has a 20% ABV. I think its also because a LIIT is like 3 times the size as a typical margarita

Once I accidentally made an AMF with somewhat larger measures (wasn't the first drink that night, and I used a shot glass as a measuring device). I needed to pour like 20+ ounces of sprite into it until it wasn't too strong to drink 😂😂
I go to my friends bar every 2nd to every day and all I order are long islands. I go through between 7 and 15 a night.
I haven't even watched the video and I can tell you've subscribed and liked the video.

I feel like everytime i get this drink, and i had maybe around 5 or 6 of them, it's everytime completely different. xD Guess it depends on bartender, therefor I will try your version to find if it's the best I ever tasted.

I’m from Long Island so this drink is obviously a favorite haha.
At our bar we don't use Tequila. Just 0.5Oz Tito's, Bombay Sapphire, Sailor Jerry's and Cointreau. And I must say, I actually like it more like that.
