So how are Trader Joe's prices comparable to Walmart or Kroger? The only reason I haven't tried it yet is because I assumed it was more expensive.

I think it all depends on what you want and things you're comparing it to! Sometimes some things will be cheaper at walmart, while others will be cheaper at trader joes! It is pretty comparable though I feel like- this website compared trader joes to walmart: www.thepennyhoarder.com/food/supermarket-comparison-cheapest-place-to-buy-groceries/
