Learned to play at little pocket courses and par 3 tracks. One of my favorite things - small courses usually aren't crowded, and if you go early or late you can toss multiple balls around, play shots that look cool... just the best.
Nice vid, great fun looking par 3 course and love the mizuno MP5's - just picked myself a set of MP25's during lockdown after watching a lot of your recent 2and hand content, love it, well done
Great club Been country member there for quite a few years. Beast of a course off the back tips and the par 3 will certainly sharpen up your short game!
Completely agree about the playing to handicap. Been considering a membership for a while but couldn't justify the cost as work often sees me away for long periods. Found a wee course with a years membership for the cost of a couple of lessons. Can't lose.
Played it a couple of yrs back Simon, it's a tough challenge for sure. Maybe a new avenue for more videos, 9 hole par 3 courses and why not more of them? Enjoyed this video
I LOVE PAR 3 COURSES!!! Ther was one near me that recently closed for housing development:(:(:( There are almost none here and I enjoyed many a round on the one that closed with my family. Bring back the pitch and putt!!
Love all your video's I bought my first set if Rsi 1 irons on your bargain iron video. I'm not playing on a full course yet but wanted to practice my chipping at the range and wasn't sure what gap and degree wedges to go for. Or whether to get just one to practice with. What would you recommend. Thanks
It's par 3 .the length of pitch a putt holes are defined at a set distance.shorther than some of these shots.i.played a lot of p@,p when I was young those greens are big in comparison to what I played
I’ve got a tougher one! That does look hard, but Vickery Creek Pitch and Putt has hole after hole of “The most intimidating looking tee shot I’ve ever seen”. Check out the front 9 on my channel. Back 9 coming soon-ish (there are some government issues currently). Love the video though!
This looks like a great pitch and putt course!! I played a course like that last week so much fun. Also had small greens I played five rounds scores ranging from 31-26 par is 27!! I made a short video of it!!
I think they need to employ a diver to get the lake balls. They would make a fortune. The pro shop must buy in balls by the lorry load. Enjoy a par 3 round every now and then. Good fun and doesn’t take too long.
Love the water garden and yeah it’s not for the faint hearted. Hope you had a fun round on the Cod (used to be my home track). 👍👍

Thanks for watching guys! If we could all pretend that I got a hole in one and leave this video a like that would be amazing. Haha 😂 👌🔥
Cheers Simon video looks good!! Great to meet you. It was a good day, hopefully catch up for another round in the future.

Love playing par 3/pitch&putt golf
My local executive course just reopened too and it made me so happy. Gotta love it for the game tuner rounds. Stoked for more real golf videos
Me too mate. I’m looking forward to getting out and making them. Cheers boss. 👍

Another great video Simon. Your personality came across great. You seem really down to earth and this is why I come back for more videos! 👍
Looking good! Great video mate.
Really good fun playing pitch and putt at my local course I got my handicap to + 6

Quality course vlogs are back....well played both 👍⛳🏌️♂️👍
Heaton park pitch n putt is hard little par 3 course
That place looks insane. Would cost me a fortune to go round there, I'd loose way too many balls 🤣

Great vid no par 3 round me but a small 9 hole course that’s tricky
Great vidio love par 3 have tee time booked on local par 3 for sunday cant wait
Simon are you going to organise a day for followers to come up and play , the owner of the Players also has Greys Green near Reading ..
Liking the shot tracer with yardages! Is that an app?

With which application did you make the tracer shots?
Shotracer in the App Store mate. 👌
Id love to play this course. Looking up closest par 3 course an playing it soon!

What app are you using to show the distance with the shot tracer and how accurate is it love the videos
I actually shoot a good bit below my handicap on par 3 courses- my long irons and woods are dog shit :(
that looks a load of fun if you bring enough golf balls! Where is it?
Try the Repton at Ruddings Park
very interesting par 3 course

what are you using to show your yards when you tee off?
Enjoy the video! Course looks awesome
You carried a full bag round a par 3 course?
As a 4 x Australian Pitch n Putt champion , this looks great..but not too difficult at all
I think we need to see more Par 3 courses.....Please???????
Love it I play my best golf on y local par 3 ,people laugh but can't play to there handicap you should hear the excuses lol
I play always par 3 executive, very funny, but that one is realy hard, need very good skill in a wedges shot. 😏
Corona cut on point mate....
Terrific

Played terribly today could not help thinking about this course! I would have been awful!
Why did you take your whole bag?
I play my par three course most of the time because it is so cheap and I can walk it.
That course is brilliant. I’d rather play that 4 or 5 times tham play a regular course once.
O WOW, an unbelievable course! Looks like fun but you would definitely lose your balls!
For a top Pnp player, a -4 to -6 would be a standard score
You slag people off for using "chippers" then go and play on a little pitch & putt course. Kettle, pot and black spring to mind!
Its called pitch and putt not golf
You should have played it left handed 🤣🤣🤣
Be honest how many balls did you lose? 🤣
Stick to hats
