It's because he was flirting with the 4th octave, switching up between *head voice* and *falsetto.* This was a fairly admirable rendition to be honest - certainly a better performance than what Mariah can achieve in this day and age.
Mixalis Konstantinidis I'm sure Mariah can pull it off effortlessly in this same exact key. If she can my all climax live till this day I'm sure she can do this

Exactly, it sounded like he was hitting C5 pretty comfortably and that last belt at the end was great.
It's too difficult for him because the tempo is a little bit fast.

Lots of haters in the comments. It’s sad, but it’s the only way fake lambs know how to uplift Mariah. His voice sounds fine on this. He was a little shaky on the lyrics. I’d lower the key a half step, and slow it way down. I’d like to hear him do it again.
