DC and Marvel Multivillain | Start a War

Wanted to make a tribute to comic book movie villains, since I love a lot of them. Obviously I couldn't include everyone, so a few good ones are missing. I only included the movie villains so that's why Fisk, Kilgrave and others from DCTV aren't here. I also know that some of the "villains" here, it's debatable whether they're even villains or not. Like Magneto. But since they're antagonists in their respective movies, I included them. Hope you enjoy.
