Actually there is no size limit on Flounder fish.

Respectfully sir, that is not a flounder. That is a rock sole. The sole and flounder are both flat-bodied fish with eyes on the one side of their head. Rock sole is usually smaller and oval shaped where as the flounder is larger with wider wing fins.
